Dr. Brieger is amazing. My rabbit always had stasis and vets could never figure out why. He was able to tell me the issue and reassured me that everything will be okay. The best vet you can ever find. Also you have the kindest receptionists! Thank you!! Much love from Chester the Dutchie.

we went for the euthanasia of our 16 years old cat. The service was ok, the experience ok too but would have certainly could have been better.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Care and Unprofessional ConductI am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with both clinics Montreal Exotic and Longueuil Collectivité (same ownership). As a loyal client, I experienced a concerning lack of care and unprofessional conduct during my recent visits. Allow me to provide a detailed account of the events that transpired.Initially, my rabbit, Willy, was prescribed antibiotics for an extended period without improvement. Ceasing the medication, Willy's health surprisingly improved, raising questions about the treatment's effectiveness and adherence to evidence-based practices.Later, Willy developed an unrelated severe eye condition, leading me to seek assistance from one of the clinics. They performed evaluations and prescribed medication, but his condition worsened. Sharing photos and expressing the need for an appointment, I scheduled one promptly. However, upon visiting, they repeated tests yielding the same results and advised me to see a specialist. I raised concerns about the charges, as I expected a referral instead of repeating tests with no new insights. They prescribed a generic antibiotic, lacking scientific reasoning.Polite discussions with a technician and the veterinarian yielded no resolution. Despite paying and leaving, I was told the responsible party would contact me during the week. When she called, I expressed my concerns, and she appreciated my constructive and respectful comments. She assured me of discussing the matter with the team and providing a response.Regrettably, communication ceased, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. To my surprise, I received a formal reply stating I had been banned from the clinic. This decision showcases immoral and unprofessional behavior, highlighting their inability to manage disagreements despite my respectful approach. Their focus appears to be securing payment for substandard work.In conclusion, my experience with these clinics has been deeply disappointing. The lack of care, unprofessional conduct, and disregard for loyal clients is concerning. I urge others to seek alternative veterinary care that respects their concerns and prioritizes their pets' well-being.

If you need a vet for your ratties, look no further, this is the one! Experienced, caring, fairly priced. Grateful to have found a good exotics vet! Highly skilled - our rat had 2 tumors removed and recovered very quickly.

I am so glad we found them and cannot thank them enough. We rescued two rats from a rescue" hoarder and they were quite sick. We tried another vet but we weren't very happy with the service or the vet. I called on Friday and they found me a place the same day since both boys weren't eating and were very sickly. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Brieger and wow. Just wow. Not only is he a very compassionate and calm vet

I'm new to this vet, but I've been trying for years to find one with more accommodating hours for my work schedule. From my first visit I was convinced I would be coming back and not only because of the hours. It is the first time I truly felt the staff cared more about the well-being of my dog rather than just the money. I got follow up phone calls to ensure my dog's state and they have always been lovely and caring. I'm really glad to have found them.

Honestly the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. I’ve struggled to find a good vet for my ferrets ever since we moved to Longueuil. Dr Andreas Brieger and Dr Eugénie Henri Guyot have been fantastic and extremely knowledgeable on exotics.My ferret suffers from insulinoma and needs his daily medication. Requesting and picking up his re-fills with the clinic and any other inquiries have always been smooth and all of their veterinary staff have been so kind and friendly. Prices are honest and fair.Thank you to the everyone at CV Animo Sante for continuously taking good care of our boy.(Picture is of a collection of paper bags that contained my ferret’s medication which we would pick up regularly from the vet.)

Fantastic staff, VERY reasonable prices, good hours and bilingual services. We live outside of Montreal now but we do the drive into town still because of how great everyone is there. They’re quite busy at the time of writing this so if you’re looking for a vet try and get in ASAP as they’re client list is almost to capacity!
