I am a landlord, wanted to post my condo for rent. After downloading the app. and have trouble signing in every time. I also paid $40 upfront for posting my ad there for 15 days. Not even one inquiry has generated so far after 15 days. It is a waste of money and efforts.

Found a scammer on here. Advertise 1 one bedroom with two parking spaces and utilities included in Pickering. Sounded too good to be true and it was. He said his name was Allred Grant and him and his wife were retired in Spain so therefore he would have to use a 'third party' by name Cushman & Kefield to do the paperwork. He stared talking about funds before I even got to request a showing the place. When I went to look up the C&K it was a company except they only do commercial real estate lol I called him out on it and he never replied back. Whoever is posting a rental there needs to be more security to verify if the listings are real.
