Great products and friendly staff , I recommended on my first visit and then things changed for the worse .Update * - I've had my vehicle in here for repair 4 times in the last 2 months, and the mechanic couldn't figure out why my vehicle was all over the road . I finally did some research myself and had the stabilizers replaced, and no more problems ( I never authorized them to disconnect my emergency brake and leave it hanging and the work I did authorize never got done ). Avoid this shop if you actually want your vehicle looked after properly . I will never bring my suv here again !! .

Aaron is fantastic. There is unfortunately a 50ish woman med dark hair,usually on customer service cash. You are taking a chance 50/50 she will be OK. Has been very abrupt with me on a few occasions. Recently witnessed her abuse on my 78 yr old mother.

Friendly staff at the register, had trouble getting any real help on the floor with my purchase, though. During big sales, this store is great. At regular price though, it leaves much to be desired.

This is by far, the best Canadian tire I have ever been too. The staff is what makes the store the best. They are extremally friendly and welcoming and if they see you lost or not sure what to find, they will approach you and offer assistance in any way they can. Many times I go there just to ask them questions they are able to answer because they always have the solution. The people that work in each department are very knowledgeable of what their products are and not just sitting there clocking in their hours.

I've just returned from Mount Forest Canadian Tire, where, as usual, the experience was smooth and efficient. The young man in the Garden Centre quickly got my bags of soil loaded to go out, and the manager came along and provided an item number so I could check out while the bags were delivered outside. The same manager was at the checkout and took care of everything quickly and cheerfully. Both people deserve praise not only for getting the job done well, but also showing that they put the customer first. I have had only good experiences at this store.

Went to buy a BBQ, it was on sale so of course it was sold out. The associate was friendly and offered to search the next closest CT. Hanover had one but I didnt want to drive to get it, so asked about another BBQ. The associate was still friendly during his search but when I told him i would take it his demeanor changed. He turned from being polite to less polite and started whining. The BBQ was in a trailer and he didnt want to go get it. Needless to say 45 minutes later and several uneventful trips around the store I was the proud owner of a new BBQ. The cashiers were super nice and so was the kid handling the propane cylinders.
