Our ethernet switch failed, I called, they called right back, and within a few hours William Gault came and installed a new switch, and checked out our network, even made some observations and suggestions to improve quality and security. Very impressive young gentleman, very competent, well spoken, well dressed, well groomed. Expect he'll do great in life.So this is a great company to deal with, I taped their business card to my new switch, for future reference.

Had a great experience with William from Niagara Systems. He's knowledgeable, very honest, and won't sell you something you don't need. If I had gone to the Apple store, they would have had my computer for 3-5 days for something that only took him 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use his services again in the future.
