Would not recommend this company for strata depreciation reports.Inexperienced person who wrote ours cannot even tell if wood is painted.Completely unaware of how expensive and critical regular painting of wooden components is.Kid didn't even bother to look at all the buildings.Assumed one can look in one area and assume everywhere is the same.These are rookie new grad mistakes that a responsible senior person would have been able to catch.Report is so inconsistent and painful to follow.The kid who wrote ours definitely has potential, but is clearly not being properly supervised or supported by more senior people which means as a client, you are paying big bucks for a report so full of holes and omissions, it is a waste of money.
