Great company. They do impressive work with attention to detail and great efficiency. We had our whole main floor renovated (kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, mudroom) and are very happy with the results. President/Owner is very approachable and will consult and design with you to best suit your needs. Workers are very hard-working and respectful. Would definitely recommend and will employ them again for our second floor!

We recently renovated our main bathroom and 3 bedrooms. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. They were great at helping us design the bathroom so we could get everything we desired. And flexible to work within our budget. The workers were professional and clean and the work they did was exceptional. They finished the job under the time estimated and on budget. We had extensive renovations done to our house 5 years ago. As we were out of the country everything had to be done remotely. With just two trips in between to see the work, Renovatek handled and met all of our expectations and more. The work was timely, the budget was met, the workmanship excellent with attention to details. Renovatek was flexible in meeting our numerous requests, unexpected issues were discussed and resolved with innovative ideas, all Renovatek staff were responsive, polite, courteous and easy to work with. They absolutely stand by their word. After 5 years there was a small item that needed to be corrected and all it took was one phone call, followed by a visit within one day and the matter corrected without any fuss. It was and continues to be a pleasure to deal with all at Renovatek. There was an instance a few years back when we were most impressed to see that Renovatek had our renovation file at their finger tips which they referenced to obtain the necessary details we needed straight away. Even as a past client, they respond to phone calls within 24 hours. All to say we are a totally satisfied customers and would highly recommend this company .

We renovated our home to include a 200 square foot kitchen addition and made the main floor open concept. We also replaced hardwood throughout the main level and painted. Renovatek was incredibly fast, dependable and did top quality work. Price was very reasonable and the guidance offered by the people working on site and the President was invaluable - we are so happy with the outcome and I know we never would have thought of their great ideas on our own. We highly recommend Renovatek and we can't thank them enough for the work they did. They truly transformed our home and made it even more perfect for our growing family. Bernard and his team were extremely friendly, communicated with us on a daily basis, offered advice and tips on design that exceeded our expectations and more. They added an extension to our kitchen, removed a supporting wall and flushed all beams in our house. They also removed all popcorn and did amazing work with new hardwood in the staircase (including railing) and upstairs landing. They recently added a brand new window to our main bathroom as well. It was a smooth process and once completed, the whole family was sad to see them go. It's the best investment we've made for our home. Thank you so much Bernard and team!

Renovatek renovated our walk-out basement - demo'd down to the studs and fixing issues. They loved the plan we came up with, and were able to make thoughtful suggestions that improved the space's flow. Bernard and the team have great taste, they have an updated design sense. They knew our budget and worked with us to ensure that we had everything we wanted... they did not assume what we would want to cross off the list.They are all so very kind, Yvon was our on-site foreman and he was just so pleasant to work with - as was the rest of the team. Everybody was extremely respectful, even when I changed my mind a few times (sorry!) and they were super respectful of our property as well. They worked well - very organized and cleaned the space at the end of every day. Finally, the craftsmanship was beyond reproach. Yvon, Seb, and the team are meticulous, and Bernard the perfectionist always makes sure everything is done perfectly. I am serious - if you are picky, you should choose these folks... they will impress you! As soon as we have enough saved up for the next project, Renovatek is getting another call from us. Renovatek's staff are deeply professional, skilled renovators and we were impressed from the start:1. Design phase -- they produce 3d images so you can digest the vision / visualize what you're getting.2. Comprehensive project plan including clear statement of what is in and out of scope / including materials and budgets.3. In-person consultation on the details to consider and to provide advice, and to address all questions (zero pressure).4. During the work phase - staff were masked in the house at all times during COVID19.5. Outstanding attention to detail -- artisan level craftsmanship and integrity, very obvious they take deep pride in their work.6. Clean work site – ensured spaces were very clean after each day7. All staff very polite and courteous – “went the extra mile” on a regular basis.Situation was so great we kept adding extra jobs -- for which they were very adaptable and accommodating. So, the true standard in a rating – without reservation we would have Renovatek back to do other major jobs for us. Very highly recommended.
