We had a terrible experience with Me Farhat for the sale of our home. He did not communicate well, we felt lost regarding the transaction date and time and everything seemed rush. He asked us multiple times for documents we had already sent, he asked us for documents that have nothing to do with the sale of the house and when I questioned he dropped it. He made errors on the adjustments, overcharged us on the invoice which we challenged him on and he then lowered the price and for the cherry on top, he sent $800 less to the mortgage so we had to make an additional payment directly to the mortgage co because of his error. It was overall a very frustrating experience with someone who we felt was either inattentive or incompetent.

I dealt with Mtre Salim Farhat, last August. All went well until recently. I had contacted a company to prepare the certificate of location of my previous home. The amount of the invoice was $1,396.96. Mtre Salim Farhat, withheld $2,400.00, from the sell of the house and has yet to reimbursme me the difference. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact him, however, he's avoiding me. My next step is to report him. Very poor customer service.
