Speeds are not as advertised. They claim 300mbps download speed, but it consistently runs around 140-150mbps. Super unimpressed. But, the internet DOES work, if barely. So...2 stars, not one.

This is a scam. I canceled my service and let them know I was leaving the country for them to not let me know I still owed them money. They sent 0 emails and if they sent paper letters than they were not received by me because I let them know I was moving when I canceled. They proceeded to charge me 3x my bill because of their incompetence. 0 stars

Purchased wifi service here today and the staff forgot to give me my cable wire. I had to literally run back in 2 minutes before closing and get my cable wire. Very unprofessional.

So, you get there, and sign in on the tablet. Great move! Really helps move the line along, and give one a chance to browse while they wait. I went to return some extra equipment, and was slow pitched the wireless, but no high pressure. In and out in about 20 minutes and there was a line, so that's not bad.

I’m not a customer. But when a storm rolled through about two months ago it took down a tree limb in my backyard which knocked down a spectrum cable line. Its been on the ground in my backyard for two months now. I’ve called their support line multiple times now to get someone out here to repair it and I can’t get anyone to return my calls or show up to fix their equipment. Terrible.

The installer person placed a hole to the carpet all the way at the bottom of my enclosed porch when I told him not to the carpet, he did it anyway. Then he wanted to drill holes in the front wall from outside when there is already an existing hole at the side of the house. I did not let him do that. So he did not continue his work. And ask if another installer can do it at another day. And he will do the same. Aww. I called frontier instead.

More fraud! They continue to ruin my credit on fake charges. They send random bills years after you cancel your service. This little SHELL CORPORATION is so Evil. I guess ill live on the street because spectrum continues to ruin my credit sending me bills that I do not owe. Definitely a company the Feds need to investigate. Do not give this Evil company any business if you value your time. Of you have a good credit score like I did once upon a time
