First time trying this type of drink and it was great. The girl noticed I was new and explained the most popular drinks and recommend a couple of ones. I ended up deciding the one called “3Guys with Milk”, less ice. You could even decide the type of sugar you want. My drink was Very tasty, milky, bubbly. I liked it. Fast service, cute decoration, well located, pleasant playlist.

Came here around 9:30 and the person didn't take my order and I was waiting for 10 minutes. Moreover, wanted tapioca separately in a different cup (I still ordered a drink and was willing to pay for an extra cup as some places do) but was told no. She asked someone else but worded it as someone wants to buy just tapioca

I went to the store this afternoon, the drinks are great and tasty. The cashier was friendly and gave me some good recommendations. I got the drinks really quick. Also she gave me an envelope with coupon which was really sweet. Happy new year!

It looks very rundown and dirty in this store.I got a black tea / mango bubble tea with pearls. The pearls were chewy and dry.There are so many better options within walking distance.

Such rude service, this is the second time I’m experiencing the same !I ordered “coco milk tea with pearls “ she gave me taro instead of tapioca. And when I asked her to check my order again the cashier refused and started assisting another customer who was besides me ( who was an Asian) OFCOURSE the employees are so RACIST.Why don’t you guys put up a sign saying “ only Asian’s lol” I mean what’s the point if you guys treat others with no equality?

What sort of bubble tea shop sends thin straws for bubble tea???We couldn’t even take a sip of the tea because the boba would get stuck in the tiny plastic straws. Also plastic straws!!!! The brown sugar bubble tea tasted more like milk than tea. Sorry but not that resting from here again when there are many other choices of bubble tea in the city!

My favorite bubble tea spot in downtown Toronto! Great staff and my favorite is the traditional pearl milk tea with a coconut jelly topping. Highly recommend getting this boba. P.s it is highly addictive!The mango smoothie is another summer favorite of mine at this spot. Reasonably priced for a boba spot in this area too.
