From the sales team to the administration; my experience buying my Radius condo has been exceptional. The team is always available for questions; and all issues discovered in the walkthrough were addressed quickly.

Just bought a unit in one of Bucci's new developments, service was quite good and the staff have all been very supportive.

The people are great. Sales center looks fantastic. Caroline, Marianne, Maricel, and Connor are all bomb and so helpful!

I just bought a condo in the Bucci Radius building in Calgary and I couldn’t be happier with my new home! The sales representative Caroline was very helpful and professional. We are pleased with the quality of Bucci products and the sales experience to the move in day was a dream. Even after they provided great service making sure everything was okay with my new home.Highly recommend if you are considering a condo in Bridgeland!

Great sales people but BUYERS BEWARE! Bucci is here for the money and will take any and every opportunity to screw you, especially if you're a first time homebuyer, you will be walking into a lions den. While under my first year of warranty, I spent 3 months arguing and trying to convince them that my toilet had an issue - it turned out that during construction they had dropped a DOOR STOP into the TOILET and this was causing the issues. Also, everyone's toilet seat cover has cracked within the last 3 years, talk about quality.In my second year, the waterline to the fridge leaked, which I then found out is a super common problem and had happened to 3 other units on my floor. My insurance got an inspector in who analyzed the water line, this water line did NOT meet specifications, I am interpreting that quality products were NOT chosen in this building. Even after all of this, they refuse to take responsibility. I am out a lump sum of money and I want to forewarn others, PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST BUCCI, they DO NOT CARE and will LIE and USE POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS that do NOT MEET SPECIFICIATIONS. Please beware of Bucci and ensure you got GRADE A insurance, you WILL BE NEEDING INSURANCE with Bucci.

My only experience is from everyone else that I’ve known a lot about the co. Only because of an interest I have any interest is because I am related to the Bucci co.

We just bought a condo made by Bucci and we couldn’t be happier about the experience! The presentation centre is welcoming, stylish and the staff are so kind. Our sales representative was very engaging and professional. We are pleased with the quality of Bucci products (we’ve rented in other buildings made by them) and the sales experience was a dream. Bucci offers clever floor plans and storage, plus great building amenities not found elsewhere at the same price point. Highly recommend!

Hadn’t heard of Bucci prior to looking into their Radius project in Bridgeland Calgary. I’d looked around at quite a few new builds in Calgary and I have to say by far Bucci is hands down the most impressive I’ve seen. They truly think of the home owners needs, and build through a user-centered lens. From the little details in the unit interiors (storage space, counter top design, sensors bathroom night lights, efficient appliances) to the amenities in the building (car wash, dog wash, bike/ski/snowboard workshop, bike storage, rooftop patio, multiple gyms [2 cardio/weight, 1 yoga studio, 1 spin studio]) you literally do have everything you’d need. Plus they clearly think about the location as well, and think about what additional services the area offers to residents. Extremely happy with my first home purchase!! And would definitely recommend and hopefully purchase another in the future by Bucci!
