The service given to me was not good. My nails looks like it was not cleaned at all. She had done it Soo fast that even the color was not properly applied in my nails. And it's also difficult to communicate with the lady assigned to me.

Just a had a wonderful experience here for a shellac pedicure! I've tried out so many different nail salons and usually leave dissatisfied, but elaganta exceeded expectations. They actually remove cuticles and calluses thoroughly, and the polish was applied perfectly. Best place in the city if you want your money's worth and to leave with baby soft feet.

I went for a pedicure, the lady who performed it was very nice but she cut my foot very badly…twice! I did not realize how bad it was until I got home and my shoe was covered in blood! I was offered 10% off…not acceptable. I emailed them when I got home and sent pictures…they didn’t even respond. I will not be back and definitely caution others!

Terrible work. I went on with natural looking nails just needing a refill; I came out of there with thick, obviously FAKE, chicket-looking chunks on top of my nails that look atrocious one week out. This mess will take a lot of filing to carve down back into a natural looking set of nails.Very disappointed- I do NOT recommend Eleganta Nails.

Wasn't very impressed. Done in half hour and feet aren't much better then before. Price was the only good thing about it. Oh and the pretty purple polish I guess

It was my first time here and I will absolutely be back! Heidi did beautiful work and my nails were exactly what I wanted. The length, shape, color, everything was perfect. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

They have absolutely never let me down. It was the first time I’ve been in since Covid and Amy gave me really great Christmas nails. They are reasonably priced and they put a lot of care and detail into what they do. Only place I go for my nails.

I had my nails filled before Christmas and the person who was doing the nails was clearly in a rush and ended up grinding down my nail bed in several places with their drill. I asked her to slow down several times before I had to tell her that if she ground into my nail one more time that I would be leaving. I called to speak to the business about this, and why I would not be returning. They indicated that they were not interested in hearing what happened and that I could go elsewhere.

Nice little place for quick nails. I got a shellac manicure, they took me in right away. (They use chi colours with opi base). They are reasonably priced, they don't do the chitchat or the whole spa experience but if you just want your nails done and you don't have lots of time I world recommend them. With the manicure they use hand tools, they also use dremals for extention.
