John was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. I called to get my front brakes repaired and they were done the next day along with an oil change. My car is running like new and I am very grateful for the efficient, knowledgeable service this shop provided. I highly recommend!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Robert and his team are unbelievably amazing. They went above and beyond for me and the work they did was perfect. They replaced a fender and the car looked better than ever! Robert is so kind and easy to work with. I will always come back!

Today the owners of this shop refused to let my daughter leave the parking lot. First, they blocked her car in using a friend's vehicle, as seen here. Then, the mechanic sat behind the car and refused to move and let her leave. The autobody guy made fun of her and lunged at me physically. Police were called to get them to move. I asked for a refund for a repair that did not fix my car.

Hands down the best and most honest mechanic I’ve ever been to. John is the only mechanic I’ll ever go to from now on. If you don’t understand what the work is, ask John and he’ll meticulously explain how everything works and why a particular part may be nearing the end of its life.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my vehicle repaired at International Auto Body Floor & Frame Repair, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the level of service and quality of workmanship provided by this establishment.First and foremost, the communication at International Auto Body was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the shop, and when I did manage to reach someone, they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or providing updates on the progress of my vehicle.As if the lack of communication wasn't enough, the quality of the repairs was simply appalling. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed several issues that had not been properly addressed. The paint job was uneven and full of imperfections, making my car look worse than it did before the repairs. Additionally, there were still visible dents and scratches that were supposed to be fixed, leaving me questioning whether any work was actually done.Moreover, the timeframe for the repairs was excessively delayed. What was initially promised as a quick and efficient process turned into weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be returned. I understand that unforeseen delays can occur, but the complete lack of transparency and failure to provide accurate updates is inexcusable.To add insult to injury, the customer service I received throughout this ordeal was appalling. The staff members were rude and dismissive, showing no empathy for the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.The final blow came when I received the bill for the repairs. Not only was it significantly higher than the initial estimate provided, but the charges seemed unjustifiably inflated considering the poor quality of the workmanship. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it left a bitter taste in my mouth.In conclusion, my experience at International Auto Body Floor & Frame Repair was nothing short of a disaster. From the lack of communication and unprofessionalism to the subpar repairs and inflated charges, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone in need of auto body services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable and competent repair shop.

Robert did an excellent job repairing scratches and dent on my Honda Civic’s fender and door.

I recently got into a slight accident and Robert did a great job repairing my car on such a short notice! Decided to wait off a few days to see how the car runs and it’s like brand new! Affordable prices too, which as a young adult I worry about. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend this place to my friends ❤️
