Canadian Tire
Its a very versatile store with lots of accessories. It mainly sells electronic and mechanical equipments like metal things. There are gardening tools and repairing materials which are always available in this store. The staffs of this store is very nice and friendly.

Came here on time. But they started late. Not good for bussiness and timing. People should not have to wait 20 mins past there appointment. And then probably charge for a extra hour... I'll find out

Tried to buy tires- called and talked to service-(Grant)- I am in their system asked him to open repair order so tires could be allocated- refused- asked to speak to General Manager-he was unavailable spoke to lady at customer service- have had the pleasure of dealing with her in past with same outcomes- no help.... When I stated she was not the GM she rants that she was in charge of the whole store when he was not in- Absolute power corrupts absolutely. When I told her that I have spoken to her in the past and she was of no help- she states WELL IF I AM NO HELP THEN I MIGHT AS WELL HANG UP-- and she did- Way to handle a customer. If I use CTC going forward it certainly will not be Antigonish.... My Reply: I also spoke to CTC corporate relations which was no help at all,

Changed my rating of this store based on my 2 years dealing with them. Staff aren't as friendly as I once thought. If you have to return something, pray you have a receipt or just forget it as they will give you store credit and that comes with an expiry date, which should be illegal to do. Very disappointed.

Convenience spot. Good place to get seasonal gear and some tools. Good kitchen section as well. It's worth a visit and sometimes you can get really good sales. I took off the star because sometimes the prices aren't that great and you can get better at Walmart or elsewhere if you can find the same things.That being said, if you're more of an outdoors person, then this is the place to shop.

In one patch job, they left behind more damage to this wheel than 100,000 kilometres of driving.This wouldn’t be as big of a big deal with old beater wheels or simple steel wheels. But it’s a shame that this is the level of care taken with a customer’s property.

Been in and out of the store several times this summer as I have spent a good amount of time visiting in the area. Always met with friendly and helpful staff.I did have an interesting experience the last time. Tried to return 4 cans of Plasti Dip and was told that “because they were bought at another Canadian Tire (Saint John, NB)” I could get a gift card, but not cash back. Didn’t know of that policy. Is that always true at this store?I chose to keep the the items and the next time in New Glasgow was able to return them for cash rebate.

After leaving the Port Hawksbury Canadian Tire and having such a horrible experience it was a breath of fresh air to see staff that actually wanted to help. From dealing with a rude on duty Manager at one store to dealing with happy respectful kids at another. They did not have the kayak I was looking for but did however assist me in finding a similar kayak and took the time to locate it in the store as it was not with the other kayaks. Great job clean store.

Bought a set of 4 Bridgestone tires and they Would Not honor the proper warranty on them. I was dealing directly to the Owner/Franchisee and he was totally Useless to say the least. He also took over 1 month to do Nothing? The CTC Head Office proved to be just as Useless.
