I had my dress tailored here and the employees were absolutely fantastic and down to earth. They provided exceptional service. They have been in business decades and know exactly what they are doing. They will not charge you up the wazoo and will let you know in advance if what you are asking for is doable. The place is clean and smells like laundry. They have their own organization system which works. I came all the way from Vaughan to seek the best quality of service.

PLEASE READHighly unprofessionalI left 6 shirts to alter with them and was assured I will have them a week later. A week later I called and all the owner said was she is swamped and could not do them, slammed the phone and leftUPDATE: when I went to pick up my shirts the lady screamed at me and said “your life must be perfect and that’s why you left us a review and we have been in business for 65 years” she then aggressively pushed the shirts.If 65 years couldn’t teach you professionalism nothing can.Irrespective of good or bad reviews the owner didn’t have the better sense of judgement and behaved so immaturely.Despite the high prices one expects the basic minimum courtesy which this business lacks

No customer service from management. Would give zero star if possible. Dress shirt I needed wasn't properly cleaned. When I queried why it wasn't noticed prior the manager dismissed me and told me that I shouldn’t be stressed about a shirt because even the airports are a mess. I asked her what does that have to do with the way she conducts her business and she said, “shit happens”, turned her back on me and started dealing with another customer. Made it seem as if it was my fault for wanting same day service. I needed to get this dress shirt cleaned in order to attend a funeral the next day.I told her I hadn't been there for a while because they had ruined an outfit of mine before. She told me I don't have to come back. I was a customer for over 20 years. Business is obviously too good for them so they don't care. Extremely rude and obnoxious. She talks down to you and cowardly walks to the back of her business. Very unprofessional.

Family owned and operated. They've came through for my family a few times. Always friendly and professional. My go to for all things dry cleaning and alterations. Recommended!

Does this sound right?Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I dropped off a special newborn baby dress to add a simple button to the sleeves. I explained to the owner that I wanted to bring it to a professional as this dress was very special. The owner was so pleasant and she assured me that I would get it back in a few days.I picked up the newborn dress and I was not happy with the work as the owner had put a very large snap button that was pulling at the sides. I calmly asked what we could do to make it better as it didn’t look good . WELL… the response I received was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I was met with a rant from the owner about how she didn’t have enough staff, how no one wants to work and how she should have said no to me when I dropped off the dress! She even admitted that when she went to go get the dress to start working on it, she couldn’t even find it because it was so small!I then told her I would fix it myself and I tried to once again express that I was disappointed and she (the owner) literally turned around and walked away from me… so unprofessional! I will never return to this place and will never refer anyone. I have never written a review on any business but this was so upsetting and I am still shocked at how she behaved. What happened to people caring about others and taking pride in the work they do. That is the upsetting part … not even worth 1 star rating

Please be careful when selecting this cleaner. They own the coin laundry at the back. I dropped off an Aritzia sweater that said ‘dry clean only’. When I went to pick it up, I could immediately tell that it had been in a washing machine and dryer. I also trusted them to clean my Aritzia coat. They told me that they cleaned many in the past. Sadly my grey winter coat came back with bleach stains on the sleeve. Not sure how this happened. I only wish I had spoken up about it. I pre-paid, and when I picked it up the handed me the bag as if nothing was wrong and I wouldn’t notice. I’ve never gone back since.
