Pizza was wonderful. Crust was great cheese was great but it need more toppings. They were definitely lovely but sorry a bit cheesy considering it was only pineapple and ham (prosciutto ).Would I go again. Probably not. Recommend hmmm probably not.I never do reviews but I believe if they read the reviews and take then to heart this could be fabulous!

SO FREAKING GOOD! The crust, the toppings, the awesome women serving it. I was able to enjoy a personal pizza at an event and was SO good. Sourdough crust - sign me up! Also the mobile oven is something I'll keep in mind if I ever need pizza for an event! Awesome service and quality.

Wow, seriously the most delicious sourdough pizza ever! I had the dairy free cheese on it as well and it was so amazing. I will be back for more soon!

Jackknife is the best pizza you can get for miles around. They have exotic specials each month, but the really simple pies like the honey garlic and baked Brie are also a mark of distinction, with Super friendly service to boot.

We had our Christmas morning bagels made by Jackknife Pizza this year and the whole family loved it! They were super responsive and flexible when we made our order. We’re definitely planning on making this our new holiday tradition.We’ve also have had their pizza in the past and it’s always delicious. We would recommend them to anyone looking for bagels or pizza!
