I use the car wash once a winter to try to remove the salt from underneath the car. Every winter it does such a horrible job washing the car that I promised myself that I will not use it again but every winter I always go back at least once hoping for a better job to be done.You have to use one of the premium wash options in order to get the under carriage sprayed.The undercarriage spray only stays on long enough to wash from the front bumper to the front tires and you're not able to get the other 90% of the bottom of the car. Finished all cycles of the premium $11 car Wash and when I came out the other side the car was just as dirty as it was when I went in. This is the same result that I've gotten winter after winter for about 8 years in a row now I actually refuse to use this car wash it's a rip off and my best advice to everyone is to stay away you get a better car wash when it rains outside.

First time using this touchless carwash. I am not satisfied with the service. If you have time always prefer a handwash. Because touchless carwash does not cover every part of your automobile, especially the wheels. So always go for manual wash stations or coin wash stations. And it's very cheaper than the touchless wash. It may charge you half of the bill.
