I would like to special thank to Ann-Marie from the repair department. My car had an issue with the EPC while driving on the highway. The engine light came on, and I immediately contacted the nearest dealership.VW Newmarket Finally, on May 31st, I brought the car to the dealership. Throughout the process, Ann-Marie kept me updated on the repair status and progress of my car. She was extremely professional and patient. Today, when I received the car, all the issues were resolved, and it was cleaned very thoroughly. I am truly grateful to Ann-Marie.

Buying my first car in canada from this dealership was a very bad experience.I am a mechanic worked for several years in VW Group in Germany.I wanted a fun car for the weekends.I found a BMW 435i low mileage car at this dealershipThe car looked clean but with some minor thing to be doneSo i got approved and bought the carA week later on Friday i tried to pick up the carI saw the car, it looked clean but the brakes were rusted (who ever doing safety on cars there needs to be send home)It looked like nobody even checked under the front hood.I thought its all good and i was in hurry to get back to the workSo I didn't took it serious.I started driving, after 30 min there is smoke coming from engine compartmentCoolant hose had a leak.Now after 30 min me proudly owning a car i am stranded in middle of no where.I started calling the dealer, he told me i need to tow the car back because there is no one at the dealership anymore.I paid 550$ to tow the car back and a another 100 to get back to work with the uberI told him about all the issues i have addressedHe said I’ll look for itRusted brakes, some alignment issues because car is pushing to the right and a oil leak,He told me that i will get my tow money back and all the issues will be fixedAfter a weekThe only thing they have changed is the coalant hoseI picked the car up againHe told me that I’ll get my money back soonWeeks after I heard nothing from him sinceAnd the funny partI had to drive from milton to Niagara fallsThe car was still pulling to the right.They didn’t even addressed the steering issueOil still leakingI mean i can get my hands dirty and do it myself,But that’s not why i paid for the safety in the first place

Went to the dealership looking for a new car because my brother had gone here to get his and he had such amazing service from Matthew Matti the sales rep so i went back to get mine from him as well, and just outstanding service from Matthew as well as the team there was able to give me many different options for what i was looking for and got everything done and i was in the new car within a couple of days. Dwayne was excellent! He was very helpful, and he certainly provided one of the best car purchase experiences that my wife and I have had. He went above and beyond in picking us up from the train when we were picking up our new car. We highly recommend him! We were also impressed with the design and layout of the dealership. It is clear that a lot of thought went into the customer experience. Our interactions with other members of the team were also pleasant and very helpful. Overall, it was a great place to buy a car!

I recently purchased a vehicle and was impressed with the VW team in Newmarket. I worked with Dishow, and he worked very efficiently to appraise my current vehicle and answer all of my questions. This team is professional and works fast!

I’d drive another 100 km to another dealership to avoid this one! Very unprofessional! Day 1. I called to check the availability of a pre-owned car, they said it’s still available and I could come over and check it out. I drove there only to find out that their manager took it home, very nice! Like I don’t have anything else to do. I talked to a sales person, he said to come over next day… that’s ok, no worries.Day 2. I call again beforehand to make sure it is still available and no manager or anyone else took it home again. I got to another sales guy, I let him know that I’ve already come yesterday, and now I want to make sure that it’s available and no one took it home, that I actually can come and check it out and do a test drive. He said that I won’t be able to do a test drive until the sale is finalized… What??? When the sale is finalized I own the car and of course I can drive it, that won’t be a test drive!!!He justified that by saying the car is basically brand new (it has 10K already!) so it’s not available for a test drive. YET the manager or whoever takes it home when they like.

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from Mark Mehrabin.
