The portion of the Rice + Shrimp Combo is much smaller than the picture however the taste is good.

Great experiences dining at this location. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Waitstaff gave our daughter a free bowl of ice cream with all the trimmings for her birthday which made her and our days.Once we accidentally arrived just shortly after opening and I was concerned maybe we didn't give them enough time to set up. There are two signs on the door, one saying 11:00AM and the other 11:30AM as opening. Despite that, our food came promptly and we had a nice meal with appetizers and desserts in only 30min. Great job!

Our server Samantha was amazing! Extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable :) She definitely went the extra mile to make sure our visit was memorable. This is by far our our favourite Swiss Chalet to visit. All of the staff always make us feel welcome. Keep up the great work!

I honestly wish I could give it more stars than 5. The staff is always very polite, kind and very efficient. The food comes out very fast usually 5 minutes after ordering. The food is always delicious, the skin is always crispy. The restaurant itself is always very clean and organized. We drive all the way from Welland to Saint Catherine's just to come here. My favorite Swiss chalet by far and the best one 100%. Keep up the fantastic Work!!! :)

Our server Sam was awesome and very informative and friendly. Our hostess Abby was very welcoming, awesome and started our dinner off with a big warm smile !!!
