Overpriced soft ice cream.

Nice and delicious drink but I got overcharged :(

Very unsatisfied! We ordered a blizzard and a smoothie and Unfortunately we ended up with a iced drink with the same flavor and our blizzard was ok . Your cashier rudely refused to replace our drink we wanted .She said it was our fault.I clearly stated a smoothie .

When a 9 year old gets to the counter to order and she mistakenly orders a McFurry, cause 9 year olds do that. Don’t be rude and tell her you don’t have it and ignore her. My little girl was on the verge of tears. You try and teach your children some independence and the Cashier pulls this! I spoke to that same cashier after and asked her why she was rude and she comes back with they’re not the same thing. Rather then saying, oh you mean a Blizzard and being sweet to a child. Nice job Caroline! A child herself was so annoyed by my question…

The lady with red hair and eye glasses who was working today not only refused to give me a small cup of water, but also refused to sell me a bottle of water with my purchase. I’m totally disgusted, my nephew was choking.

Careful if you have allergies!Despite a clear black and white note on the cash register indicating that for allergies we should contact the manager for more informations on the products, none of the three employees on Monday could answer me…I asked the young lady who takes the order if there was gluten in the soft vanilla ice cream.The lady said I don’t know. So I said, but it says on your cash register to ask for question about allergies.She turned to her colleague, asked and then turned back to me totally annoyed saying “we don’t know!!!”Not even trying to check a little more to find out!I’m celiac! I cannot eat any trace of gluten so I need to ask for everything I eat out of home…Of course, there are very slim chances that there is gluten in vanilla ice cream but there could be… and If it is written that I should ask for allergies and I get answered “I don’t know” from them… then I believe I should not spend a cent in that place.I am putting a lot of energy to raise awareness on food intolerances and food allergies and stories like that annoys me.To the manager of the Dairy Queen carrefour Laval, to avoid further issues like that in the future, or even worst, dramatic food allergy reactions from your clients, please ensure you train all your employees on what to answer or give them a one pager summary with all allergens in your products.

Tastes very sugary and a bit upset stomach with a small sized cappuccino, but good value
