Biến điều không thể thành có thểMình tự nộp visa du lịch cách đây 3 năm vào 2020 nhưng bị từ chối vì lí do bất cẩn trong lúc ghi tờ khai. ATIP gửi về báo mình bị officer từ chối vì lỗi không trung thực (một trong những lỗi khá nặng và ảnh hưởng tới những lần xin sau). Để cẩn thận hơn, mình nộp lại visa du lịch năm 2022 nhưng không tự làm mà nghe tư vấn từ chị Phin. Cảm nhận đầu tiên là chị Phin rất kỹ trong việc ghi chú tờ khai, giấy tờ, chứng minh tài chính (1 phần vì mình đã từng failed visa Canada 2 lần) nên dù hơi phiền vì phải cung cấp rất nhiều thông tin, mình cảm thấy khá an tâm khi bộ hồ sơ hoàn tất.Sau đây là hành trình gian nan của bộ hồ sơ:- Mình nộp tháng 5/2022, khi visa du lịch vẫn còn xử lý không quá chậm (khoảng 75 ngày).- Đợi mãi tới tháng 12/2022 thì nhận được tin là bị failed. Chị Phin có tư vấn mình bổ sung thêm hồ sơ sau 30 ngày.- Mình nộp lại vào tháng 01/2023. Đợi thêm 1 lần nữa, nhưng rốt cuộc tiếp tục failed vào sau 2 tuần lại vì lý do không trung thực.- Khi có ATIP vào tháng 04/2023 thì chị Phin khuyên mình nên tiếp tục kháng thêm 1 lần nữa vì hoàn toàn lý do officer đưa ra là chưa hợp lý (mình cũng không quá hy vọng lần kháng này vì dễ gì thay đổi được kết quả đặc biệt là sau khi đã failed 2 lần, và lần nộp này thì đã bị từ chối tới 2 lần, mình nghĩ cùng lắm thì lại nộp vào 1 dịp khác).- Sau khi chị Phin kháng lần cuối thì 1 ngày sau mình nhận được Passport Request!Thật không biết diễn tả như thế nào cảm xúc vui mừng sau quá nhiều những thất bại, từ chối, và chờ đợi. Sau 12 tháng thì mình đã lại có được chiếc Visa du lịch quý giá trên tay. Điều mình cảm thấy đúng đắn nhất là đã tin tưởng và phối hợp cung cấp giấy tờ cùng Hopeland và chị Phin trong lần nộp này. Hầu như mình chỉ dành thời gian cho việc chuẩn bị giấy tờ cần thiết, còn lại quá trình nộp, giải trình, tờ khai đều do đội ngũ Hopeland thực hiện. Nếu gặp một người khác không kỹ, nghiệp vụ cao, và đặc biệt là rất trách nhiệm, xử lý rất nhanh thì có lẽ mình sẽ bị failed lần thứ 3, và sẽ vô cùng khó khăn trong việc xin visa Canada sau này. Nếu chỉ chấp nhận kết quả và đợi đến một lần nộp khác thì mình sẽ khó có được visa du lịch vì thời gian xử lý hồ sơ đã tăng lên thành 751 ngày :(( Gấp 10 lần so với thời điểm này năm ngoái mình nộp.Thật sự rất cảm ơn chị Phin và đội ngũ Hopeland!
