If I could give them -0 I would. My parcel was delivered to a house 4 1/2 blocks away from my address, different street name, different address, even though the parcel was addressed correctly. Simple and utter carelessness, or the delivery person is someone who cannot read and write. Luckily the home owner took the time to call me to say the parcel had been left on his porch. It is a Christmas gift so his thoughtfulness was much appreciated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT

I never expected there was a worst company than Purolator here in Canada. Well, it's this one. I ordered a hoodie from Sport Chek, expecting it to be delivered 3-4 business days from the day I made the order. I told their customer service that I am working in morning hours and I could not pick it up, and they came in the morning. Anyway I called them and they told me that they don't ship the product anymore (even though it's their job) and that I have to go to their facility (meaning I had to spend endless hours waiting for the bus or paying 15-20 dollars to get there via Uber) and pick up a product I paid (96.04 dollars). Thanks but no thanks. Thank god Sport Chek is an awesome company, and they refunded me and apologized for any inconvenience. And I just told them that it is not their fault. Sport Chek customer service advised me next time I want to order something I could order it and have it delivered at a Spork Chek store close to my neighborhood.If I could give them - 1000 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat because they absolutely deserve the reviews they have received.And one more thing, don't dare apologize here because your apology is fake and hypocritical. I suggest instead of apologizing" try improving.About fake and hypocritical apologies... Look at their apology below and observe their credibility. I already fixed the problem YOU created with Sport Chek's assistance. If I waited for you to fix the problem

I don't understand the bad reviews about TForce I am a shopaholic and I order lots online i live in Gatineau, and this company's couriers are very dedicated and do a very good job Today i have a message that my order is out for delivery. The courier worked till 9 pm, and my order not coming, which i understand, At 11:07 pm i receive a text that my package is delivered, I open my door and surprised surprise, found my package. The courier came so quietly that even my dogs didn't raise the alarm...lolthank you for your service,satisfied customer ....mila

This is the worst FRAUDULENT company with lazy thieving drivers. I was waiting for a package that NEVER arrived. I have just received a photo of the delivery. It’s NOT my building. Furthermore, this company said the office staff signed for my parcel. Joke!!! The office staff NEVER sign for any packages. I believe the driver stole my package and took a photo of a random lobby. Do you really think I wouldn’t miss my package? Your driver and company stole it!!! Now reimburse me!!!

I've had bad experience before with them. And imagine, my surprised when I ordered from Walmart and they sent by this shipper. Well I can say this time around.The delivery man was just awesome. He tried to delivery twice, but I work when he tries to delivery. I'm very happy he didn't leave my package out in the open.He called me again, and gave me some options. He was awesome and delivered to my work, where I was. I'm very grateful and happy. Thank you so much.

Placed an order on Dec 4. Was shipped out Dec 6 with an expected date of Dec 7-8… it is now December 30 and the status hasn’t changed. Nothing has been delivered. I ordered Christmas gifts and they never came in on time. They actually haven’t come in at all!!! I called them and they said “we haven’t received it in our warehouse”. I asked them if they can track on where it is exactly and get someone to make it a priority to ship to me and they said he can’t do that. So now I have no clue where my package is.Their response is to share the tracking ID so they can assist BUT 1. They can’t assist you or else the person on the phone would’ve assisted me. And 2. You can’t even reply here, there’s no point in them commenting that

If I could give zero or negative stars I would.I have never had worst delivery service before. I knew from the reviews I wasn’t the only person having to deal with these people.They had to deliver my package twice. I went through Amazon and left detailed instructions and it never showed up the first time they tried to deliver. I then called and gave them instructions on the code for the door and my phone number incase of any problems.So today I was checking the status of my package multiple times just Incase and again they didn’t ring up or call my phone. I called immediately and made them get the driver to come back while I wait in the lobby.When the guy came back I asked him if he used the code and he looks at me and says uh no I tried looking for your name.The whole point of leaving the buzzer number was to buzz in not look for my name because my name wouldn’t show up. I live with other people so their name shows up.He didn’t try to even call me or look at the information on his phone that shows the number. He just gave up and left.Please make your drivers look at these notes and follow the delivery instructions that’s available to them on their phones or get better drivers who follow instructions.Worst company ever. If you have them I feel bad for you if you live in a condo or apartment building.

Delivery and the lack of package delivery status notifications suck. Did not receive an update to say my pkg will NOT be delivered (after receiving an email from vender that it was out for delivery). They had an issue and were unable to deliver it. Turns out they tried to deliver it to an apartment building. I have a house. The address on the package was correct. After some digging on the internet I was able to find their contact number and straighten it out. Package was delivered the next day. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell nor knock to let us know they left it on our front step. Nor did they hide it behind anything. Only positive is their Customer service was helpful when I called.

Delivery driver Abdul (driver #31) was absolutely amazing and restored my faith in ordering online. He went above and beyond by following my special request to be called upon arrival when I know you are all so busy. I truly appreciate all of your hard work. Please make sure Abdul driver #31 is praised for their customer services skills and lovely demeanor. They are a employee you must keep and deserves a pay increase.

Worst shipping service ever. First of all, they never shipped my order to my address, which is not complicated since I've had many items shipped to my house by many other companies. Then when they were supposed to ship it back to the company warehouse so it could be sent back to me by Canada Post, they sent it to the wrong warehouse! Now I will be getting a refund since the items I ordered are now out of stock. Do NOT use this shipping company.
