George Stockfish Ford Sales

Bought a 2022 SEL Escape and after 2 weeks the back strut broke. They acknowledged it at my first oil change last October. I also asked them why my windows go all the way down and not up when I try, the memory seats don’t always work, the hatch button doesn’t always work either. I was told there were no issues. My brother has a brand new Ford truck and had the same issues with the windows and Sudbury dealership fixed it right away.Called a month ago asking when my strut would be fixed and they told me that they thought I was having it fixed at a different dealership (miscommunication on my husbands part). Told them to order the part and I wanted them to fix it.Went in this week and they never even ordered the part. I was furious and asked for a manager to call me and was assured I would receive a call. It’s now been 3 days and still no call. This car is a lemon or the service department sucks! I will be dealing this car ASAP and will never recommend or buy another!!!

We had the best experience buying from Jody. The excellent customer service and friendliness was better then any dealership we have ever purchased from. We will only be shopping at stockfish for our vehicles!If your looking for amazing customer service then don't look anywhere else, I have and nothing compares to these guys!

I generally go to Savage Ford in Sturgeon Falls for my maintenance.I didn't know I had a choice otherwise my carwould have sent my car to Savage. I've had 2 dealings with Stockfish Ford and have been dis-satisfied both times. No next time!This dealership kept promising my car would be done on certain days and 3 times we got told couple more days, couple more days. So never again! Please don't have one of your people call me and make excuses again, like the last one. I'm not interested in baseless excuses. I travel to Murphy ford to purchase and Savage Ford for maintenance.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars, I would. I used to take my car here twice a year for an oil change and inspection. Every time something was broken on my car, they refused to specify what exact part it was that I needed to change. They refused to show me as well. They charge an arm and a leg for repairs, and as an aspiring mechanic I always do my own work on my car, but like to have it inspected. All they ever want out of me is money, and I've stated many times that I will not pay for them to fix my car, I just want to know what's broken on it. I will no longer be taking my car there and will be taking my business and money elsewhere. They also told me the frame on my car was done for, it in fact is not. My assumption is that they want me to finance a new car with them. I will also not be doing that.

Recently had My 2010 F150 full service completed front to Back etc !Was very happy that my truck came out after service just as clean as I brought it in , Could tell tech took extra time applying floor mat covers etc.Nothing worse than bringing your vehicle to a dealer and it comes out dirty grr !Truck has been running like a new one since service Big Thanks to service team !

Customer service is 1st rate.Fred is always great.Kevin is the #1 Rated mechanic in the world (In my opinion)Highly Recommend this service team.AWESOME AS ALWAYS.

Bought a 2018 Ford f150 with the premium warranty. Never asked for much. The service manager is terrible. Now we're at the end of the warranty. Last year we asked about an antifreeze leak. They topped it off. Now it's leaking. They ask for a 100$ deductible. Terrible to nickle and dime a person .
