Had a leaking water main bubbling up and needed urgent help. First call I made said a week before they could respond. Called Brent Jansen plumbing and they said they could have someone there in a couple hours which was great. They called back and said they could be there in an hour. Even better. Peter was there on time and quickly got to work. Despite the heat he was super fast and gave me a couple options on how to resolve the issue and what the cost considerations were. Super helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Immediate problem solved at a reasonable cost. Quote visit for next steps was booked same day and Peter’s advice will help save unnecessary work and costs. I cannot recommend Brent Jansen Plumbing to people who don't know anything about home maintenance. They did not double check that the hardware they sold me actually worked and I ended up buying a pipe with a clog in it. I couldn't figure out why my dishwasher wasn't working and it wasn't until months later that I tried running the hose into a bucket and saw that water wasn't going through. If you're ignorant about appliances and plumbing like me, you should hire someone who will double check their work.

We determined there was a water leak somewhere between the meter and the house. We hired Brent Jansen Plumbing to replace the line. They showed up on time as promised, provided an estimate, did the work, then responded promptly to replace a part that was factory defective. The bill presented was for the exact amount specified in the estimate.The crew was everything one could hope for. Well done.

Martin was incredibly professional, helpful, and effective. He also made great recommendations for additional repairs from a restoration company. Any time we have any issues with our plumbing, or need a hot water tank or fixtures replaced, we call Brent Jansen. This time we needed a new wax seal for our toilet and Collin did an excellent job in under an hour and tidied up during and afterwards.

Arrived late. The work was okay. It was a relatively simple job. Spending more than $130 for more than an hour windshield time to go get parts seems a bit much. Good way to pad the bill. More than a bit disappointed . Buyer beware! Once burned twice shy.
