In my first term at TFS in the acting program and so far I’m loving it! Classes are informative and interesting, the Profs are fun and personable, yet very professional at the same time. I was also blessed with a wonderful class that will be with me till I graduate. I really do love the intimacy of the school, it feels like a second family.

Toronto Film School was an incredible experience for me as I learned not only how to become an actor but a writer and filmmaker as well. In the acting program learning how to be able to produce your own work is really important so that you can be constantly working and improving your craft instead of just waiting for the phone to ring. Thanks to Toronto Film School I was able to create a project that will be playing at the TIFF Bell Lightbox!

I won tickets to the exclusive screening for The Flash, it was an amazing experience! Having the opportunity to hear the director and producer discuss the film before we viewed it was very cool. Thanks again to Toronto Film School for the awesome experience!

I had an amazing time while enrolled in TFS, I learned to many new and exciting skills while also meeting some of the most kind and passionate professors in my life who genuinely care about not only the industry and school but also about individual student Success. I was given the opportunity to go to Level up Ontario, Interactive Ontario Evening Mixer, aswell as the XP Games Summit, I am honoured that the school allowed me to go to these events to show off our capstone “VoidSpoken” which me and my team are so very passionate about.Huge thank you to TFS for supporting us in and out of school.

I am currently a term 2 acting student at Toronto Film School, the campus locations are very conveniently situated in the Heart of Downtown Toronto, the classes and Studios are very well equipped and easy to access, the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, the faculty is on a whole other level of resourcefulness and professionalism, I have met some of the best instructors I have ever had in my last 8 years of education internationally, the material offered is of very high quality and truly allows for the students to carve a clear pathway into the industry, and whatever the fresh student lack in professionalism the TFS team makes up for in their well managed and highly supportive environment! Lots of events and opportunities for collaboration with industry professionals and peers from various programs! Highly recommend if you are looking to get a solid Acting background!

So far so good! It's a wonderful school to learn about the industry and get first hand knowledge of how things actually work. The instructors are all great and they all work in the industry. It's exciting to go into classes knowing that at the end of it all something great might happen!

There is so much to say about this wonderful and amazing place! As a Term four student in the Acting for Film and Theatre program, I have had the pleasure to be on campus for Term's two and three which were AMAZING experiences. The environment is so positive as soon as you walk through the campus. I MUST speak specifically about the teachers. In term three, personally my favorite class was Camera Basics. The Camera Basics class instructor, Simeon Ross, was not only the best to learn from as a teacher but also as a mentor. He is someone who is very detailed and precise with his work while also showing that he cared what students were specifically learning with the equipment and helping them get used to using it for future projects for future terms.Another amazing instructor to learn from was Andy Massingham. As my theatre teacher for term 3, he was very open ideas and collaboration that students had to bring to the table. The other students from other terms get to know each other as they walk by in the halls, gaining friendships and future fellow colleagues in the industry. As a student who is just starting Term four I am excited to keep learning and couldn't be more happy with the school I am attending! Five Stars from me TFS! :)
