They were great with our bathroom renovation! Renovation can be intimidating but they made it as painless as possible. They provided a designer to come take a look at the bathroom, and she was very professional and non-pushy; she took all our concerns into account and provided us with a design that was great and within our budget. The actual contractors themselves who did the work were also professional and efficient; they also did not hesitate to point out or clarify any issues they encountered along the way (even fixing things I honestly thought couldn't be fixed). All in all the experience was great, would recommend.

When we removed our kitchen cupboards we found ourselves gazing at black mold on the wall, gapping holes to the crawl space and a sagging support beam. James to the rescue!James and his team expertly fixed everything and created my dream kitchen.They removed all the mold, corrected the issue causing said mold and installed new plumbing. Made all the walls nice and solid, fixed the structural issues, laid a new subfloor, installed the kitchen tile and new kitchen cupboards.An electric cable that had previously run up the outside of the kitchen wall was neatly put behind the wall and James designed a neat covering for the cable that ran along the ceiling beam to the pendant lights.All of the work done was meticulous.James responded very quickly. This is a very professional team of very nice people.Thank you!!!

DCR Construction did the renovation on our kitchen. The original kitchen was small, cramped, and lacked sufficient space. James and his team opened up the wall between the kitchen and living room, moved the washer and dryer, created a pantry, improved the lighting, replaced a for, and overall did a fantastic job. We now have a lovely open concept kitchen, with plenty of storage. Throughout the process, which took eight weeks, James and his staff were professional and responsive. The work was high quality and top notch. I will definitely use DCR construction again for future projects. I would highly recommend them.

From my first meeting with James Yacoub, I was impressed with his can-do attitude, knowledge of construction problems associated with a house and ability to come up with solutions quickly.James came in like a whirlwind as soon as he was first called, quickly assessed the situation and put in place just the right crews to complete the work. One job that James and his crew completed on our house was to paint the basement and put in a new floor throughout (photo attached). The work done was high quality, exhibited great attention to detail and was completed in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the final result!James was hands-on throughout the process. He always answered his phone, assessed the work frequently, listened to us and came up with satisfactory solutions.Moreover, his cheerful and gregarious personality was an added bonus which made the whole process fun! I would definitely hire James again if I needed to get any other work done on my house!
