Shubie Off-Leash Dog Park
Possibly the finest park for dogs and dog lovers in all the HRM. Though the park is sandwiched between the busy Highway 2 and the even busier 118, its winding paths through gorgeous forests, peppered with countless quality benches to rest and take in various wonderful waterways, is well worth visiting--and revisiting--on the regular.

Shubie Off-Leash Dog Park
A great place to take your dog for a walk in the most beautiful nature area. The park offers great trails and rest areas with a lot of benches. The trees here have many bird houses if you are interested in bird watching. The views along the canal are wonderful.

Wonderful location by lake shore. There are a few trails for walking or cycling in the forest along old channel

Great spot for your well behaved dogs. Nice to see the dogs running off leash and chasing each other around. The water play is fun for them as well, great spot for your pooch to cool down and fetch some sticks thrown into the water. Bring poop bags and please clean up after your pets.

Shubie Off-Leash Dog Park
My wife and I took our daughter for a walk. Fall time is my favourite time to go to shubie park. The colour of the leaves were beautiful! my daughter enjoyed seeing all the dogs their most of them were well-behaved! Totally recommend this to anybody that would like a well taken care of path. There are plenty of trails.

Shubie Off-Leash Dog Park
This has to be the best off leash dog park in HRM. Every dog owner is friendly and so are the dogs. It's a great place to let your pooch stretch their legs. Something they can't do walking down the street on a leash. Shubie park is definitely worth the drive.

Can’t get enough of this place. My pup loves to explore the trails and then end with a dip in the lake at the beach. Such a fun time for dogs and owners.

Off leash area was full of dogs it was a great place for ours to socialize! Park is clean and drug free area !
