I keep coming back to BonLook as they have a wonderful selection of glasses. What I like best is that they have many styles to choose from if your face is narrow or petite. I've been shopping here since 2017 and have always had a positive experience.

I've purchased several pairs of glasses from here over the years and the customer service has been consistently great. Recently, I broke a pair of these glasses but, as the frames were no longer available, I didn't hold out much hope of them being repaired. However, the staff went over and above in their search for replacement parts and the glasses are now as good as new. I highly recommend the product and the people here.

Bought my frames and lenses back in July/August 2021. Excellent experience with the staff everyone one was helpful. Loved my new glasses and I use it all the time as my eyesight is horrible. Just this morning (March 5,2022), not even a year of using the glasses, one of the pieces fell out! The screw is still intact and tried screwing it back on but it wouldn’t hold. No parts is missing, it just simply fell out. I bought the pair at the Oshawa Location but unfortunately, they don't have a Windsor, ON location. Now I’m worried as to when the other part will fall off.Disappointed the actual quality of the frame did not hold up to my expectations. Read the other 1star reviews and its all about the quality of the frames/poor customer service by the company. I regret buying the glasses and should have went with LensCrafters instead! Would have been the same price with what I paid with BonLook.

The ladies at Bonlook Oshawa are among some of the best examples of customer service I have ever seen! They are always so friendly and knowledgeable - I love buying my glasses from them!I had a bit of an issue with an online purchase I made and they went above and beyond to help me - I am so grateful for their empathy and prompt action to address it.No where else I’d rather go :)!
