Booster Juice

Terrible! The staff had no idea what they were going. People who looked like they could be the owners were there but they also had no idea what they were doing, nor did they seem to care at all that their staff were making so many mistakes and they had a ton of people waiting. The staff spoke so quietly when calling out drinks that no one could hear them and when someone would ask which drink it was, the staff had already forgotten how it even got there much less what flavour it was. No one got the right drinks. Some people waited fir drinks that never came. One employee showed up, took their shirt off and threw it over the blenders to someone and no one batted an eye. One girl had a wound that was bleeding through a bandaid. Then half hour later, I finally got my drinks and the sizes were swapped. So my two year old got a very large smoothie and I got a tiny one. By then I couldn’t even be bothered to ask them to fix it. I understand being busy and having things go wrong but wow, this was something else. If anyone these people are behind the counter again I will keep walking.

The mall is a busy place, these guys work hard and fast. I usually order and tell them ill be back because i want to browse or get some other food. They are really great about putting the smoothie in the freezer and getting it to me when i finish my other stuff. Great staff great smoothies! Ill be heading there today!

Was trying their juice for the first time. I asked for lemon berry with no strawberries. It tasted amazing. So i got myself another one. Matthew was the employee who served me with the juice and he did an amazing job. He was very friendly and kind. Kudos to him!

Really need to update your store hours. Closes at 6 pm most nights. Not 8 pm.

I have been going to this Booster Juice location for the past two weeks and I must say, I am impressed by their matcha monsoon" drink. It has become a daily staple for me

3 staff but woefully unorganized, huge lineup, but that was only due to ineptitude and what looked like poor management.

Ew, ordered a smoothie for my daughter and watching the girl behind the counter chewing on her nails and then proceeds to grab a lid with said fingers in her mouth and touches the lid directly after and snaps lid on. I did not say anything as there was a huge line behind me and did not want to make everyone wait. Gross habit and should be wearing gloves if that is the case.

We have a few experiences where the fruit ingredients didn't taste the best, such as pineapple. For this reason, I give it 4 stars

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE!!! Got to OPM at 6:10 and you are closed. Tried the Gordon location before this one and it was already closed too.
