I had a few things fixed on my registration today. That another office out of town messed up on and I could not be more happy. they took care of it for me with ease. As this is my normal go to place. I’m just writing this so others know how well they do and the excellent customer service I got. I’ll always go hear for my regy needs thank you and see you again in the future. Erik machek

Years of dealing with vital documents and one stop license shops.. and then I started coming here wow what a difference, friendly and helpful thanks!

After I rode my first class 6 motorcycle exam at a different registration office I had felt quite ripped off and discouraged. After meeting Rick and the team at Red Deer Registries my mind was put at ease and I was able to complete my test the my fullest ability. The scoring on my exam was much more fair and a lot closer to being inline with my expectations. Thanks again will definitely be back for my other registration needs. Thanks to all the staff!

Went in to take to deal with some issues. Dealt with an older lady with longer grey hair, major attitude and no customer service or help. I’ve never had an issue bringing any business in here usually it’s on point, but the last time I’m there, the woman was talking to her boyfriend or husband for 20 minutes while I stood there and waited over heard him say okay I should let you go now then she proceeds to say I love you back. Anyways not the problem the problem after the fact is when she gave me attitude and told I could do what I needed to be done because it was 430x I need to be there by 4:15z I was, you were just talking to your man. Then when I asked her questions about what needed to be done she gives more attitude and proceeded to tell me that I can just look up the information on google just like she could and started key smashing her keyboard. It was so dramatic that I took my id and walked out, this woman was so unprofessional and needs to be dealt with by management. 100 % will never return due to the woman’s behaviour

Very quick and efficient to submit our marriage license and recommended other documents need to come back for changes if needed! Staff were polite and helpful!

I am very happy with their service and support. They were very kind and respectful. I had gone to two other registries in the same town for the same thing and these guys were the only ones who were willing to help me in my difficult situation. Thank you so much.

I'm from Ontario and Jenny helped me get my new Alberta drivers license and made the process AMAZING and fun.Update have been back a few times since my original post and the service from all of the staff is impeccable. The only place I'll deal with hands down

Stopped in to get my license renewed and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff were kind and overall it was a very simple and quick experience. Will definitely return in the future:)

I renewed my healthcare and was pretty fast, the staff is very helpful and friendly .

My experience was so nice :) I had a lovely woman with grey curly hair and she honestly made my day. Her kindness and sincerness made what is usually a stressful experience such a positive one. I cannot express how much that meant to me.
