Rented a tesla from this location and received excellent customer service. Bhagwant showed me the car I would be renting He took time to show me each and every feature while answering all of my questions. The car itself was in great condition and I had a very enjoyable time driving it. Upon my return Mohammad did a quick inspection and went through my final charges. It was a very seamless experience and I would certainly recommend this rental location to everyone.

Do not rent from these guys. This is the third time they cancelled the reservation. In their own words you can make a reservation but we cannot guarantee the car will be here". They send you an email at the very last moment

Wish there were zero stars. Easily the worst Hertz location. Never answers their phone. The app lets you book the car and after you travel all the way there, they simply say the car is not available and they can't do anything.

At this point if I could rate this branch 0 I would. We have a rental car from Hertz through our insurance company. Hertz incorrectly charged my credit card ~$4,000 on January 11th. They acknowledged it and told us not to worry my card would get refunded in 2 weeks. It is now March 14th, Meera Ganesh - the manager at Hertz is not responding to any emails, you can't get through on the phone through their line.Our insurance company has sent the payments months ago, so essentially Hertz has collected this payment twice. I have had to pay off my credit card so my credit won't get affected. $4,000 is a very large sum of money and I believe at this point this charge has been fraudulently charged to my card, considering Hertz has not refunded it and is blatantly ignoring all communications from us as the clients but also our insurance company who has been trying to reach them for months to get this matter sorted.Absolutely unprofessional, horrible customer service and quite frankly fraudulent behaviour being undertaken at this Hertz branch.

There is no slot for Zero stars but I certainly would have given them just that. Made a reservation and got a confirmation that I had booked a Nissan Sentra. I call the location before I go there, but like many hertz locations they don’t respect customers enough to answer their calls. When I get to the location they told me they didn’t have the car I had booked, that’s after driving for an hour and being stuck in traffic. I asked the guy called Mohammed why they don’t answer their phone and he casually told me that they are too busy running the shop, they only had 3 people when walked in. Hertz certainly has to do something about this. This is their third location that has given me the same horrible experience!

I called hertz and made a reservation on 19 Dec 22 for 4 adults and a dog for a Tesla Model Y that would be booked from 23Dec 22- 3 Jan 23. Their company was very attractive to me, since they offered a federal employee discount. We were going to drive to Orlando and Miami and back for the holidays. l heard nothing from the location reps. until 1hr before pick up where I was informed via an email that they didn’t have any model Ys available and had only Model 3. First I don’t understand why they couldn’t tell me this in advance or at least let me know there’s a high likelihood I would have to rent a model 3, since it would have given me time to look elsewhere. I asked them to look for a model Y after calling them on the day of my reservation and the rep. said he would get back to me in a few hours. They never called back. The funny thing was the Model 3 offered was not of equal range, value, size, and we would not be able to fit our dog in the carrier in the sedan. This is Hertz’s policy for travelling with pets. So Hertz’s rep. failed to even accommodate our needs and the option they offered was not viable.I called back the same day during business hours, left a voicemail and email as I was frustrated with the lack of communication as they waited from 19 Dec to the day of reservation (Dec 23rd) to inform us of this. There are now no rental cars available anywhere and we are going to have to cancel resort reservations that are in the thousands of dollars.I even went to location at 24 Dec 22 and asked the rep. why my calls or emails weren’t followed back on. I told them that their service and lack of communication is unacceptable. The rep cut me off and passed me his business card and told to call hertz and complain. There was not even a shard of compassion or even an apology for the inconvenience caused.As a member who serves this country. It really is a shame to have to come back and be let down by Hertz, that I chose specifically because they provided federal employees a discount. This is just sad and I don’t think I’ll ever use such an unreliable business. Lack compassion, customer service and professionalism to own up to their shortcomings…

Waited one month for an appointment, don’t waste your time booking Uber rental they do not have cars for rental, they will not email you on the same day about no availability and never pick up your phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME .

I need someone to contact me.you lied to me..!!!I declined the car rental insurance.. and the agent made me sign on acceptance..!Also you gave me the car at 1/4 gas tank, when i returned it, i was charged $47 dollars for gas (but i returned at the same tank level)...

Called 9 times then someone finally picked up. He was incredibly rude, I asked him why does he pick up the phone since I’m calling for a reservation, not surprised the car I reserved wasn’t available even though I got the confirmation email, I wanted to call to make sure just so I don’t waste my time driving all the way there. When I asked him why don’t they pick up the phone at that location, he starting using profanity at me, I have it recorded and will be taking it up with head office. He called me from a different number after our initial conversation and started to proceed to use profanity. Really unacceptable I don’t understand how a global corporate business is indulged in this disgusting way to treat customers. I have his voice recorded. Absolutely disgraceful
