We served CinnZeo cinnamon rolls as the dessert at our August 2022 wedding. CinnZeo was by far one the best vendors we worked with for our wedding! Kevin responded to my inquires promptly and provided various options at different price points (mini roll vs. standard roll sizes & individually packaged vs. packaged in larger groups). On the day of our wedding, the cinnamon rolls were available ahead of schedule and the staff helped our family member bring them to her vehicle. The cinnamon buns were delicious, fresh, smothered perfectly in icing, and loved by our guests! Thank you Kevin and the CinnZeo team for making our wedding dessert dreams come true!!

My visit on Sunday was less than favorable. Usually I make a point of having a bun for 5.75 and a tea. But this visit my bun was cooked on outer layer and dow on the inside. It was so bad I turfed the remainder. Did we get new cooks here? Not impressed and don't know if I would recommend this place.

Came in tonight at 6 just to buy cinnamon buns to go. One was normal, one was the gluten-free option because I cannot eat gluten and it's honestly such a treat to be able to eat something normal" again.Get home trusting I'd have frosting - none.The gluten-free ones are super expensive compared to the normal ones so it's just... like really?Basically no point in coming here

Just had a 4 pack of cinnamon buns from cinnzeo in kelowna mall. Cinnamon buns wee excellent. Customer service was also fantastic. Service was prompt, polite, and very friendly. I will definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends.

Good cinnzeo. Staff were friendly and cinnamon roll was nice and soft with good amount of frosting. They have seating by the store which was nice and is not in the food court area so is kind of nice too as it is less busy. Good place for a quick snack to take a break from all the shopping.

Staff are friendly and cinnamon bun was decent. I last got Cinnezeo from Metrotown mall, and I think I prefer that location since they warm up my bun before serving and their bun is moist and has more icing and also more of a cream cheese taste compared to the Kelowna location. It is about $6 for one bun.
