Staff was awesome, the toaster ovens were not working. But the staff was very pleasant and did their very best to help everyone that came in.

Watch your change given back , becasue they will rip you off.. When I called to let them know they were rude and defensive. Let me just say they knew my 5 dollars went in there tip jar or pocket.. Shame on you . Horrible way to earn a tip, but a easy way to loose customers and get a bad review. Won't be back

They got my order wrong and the pop tasted like water. I made a complaint and the manager denied everything and did nothing to resolve the bad experience. Terrible lack of customer service

Always get orders wrong. The other subways are ok. But after this last time, I contacted customer service and they send it to the store owner and he emailed us back and refused to accept any responsibility at all and did nothing at all to correct the issue. Firehouse Subs is opening in about a week. Their food is wayyyy better. If this subway location owner thinks he is ok to ignore bad customer experiences, he will soon learn that it results in a loss of business. Firehouse will get our money, not Subway. Competition is good. Very good... for consumers!

Ordered through Skip and had to drive back to Subway because they got the order wrong. And the delivery guy had to wait over a half hour for them to fill the order. Was not impressed.

Service here was excellent. Would recommend for a quick bite. Fast and courteous young people working the counter. They seemed to know their own menu well and even made a few recommendations for accompanyments to my sub of choice. Really it's subway! I didnt expect 5 star cuisine but I was surprised at the 5 star service. Manager!! Give these kids a raise!!

Worst experience here! Always had great experience with the manager who used to work evening and now this new guy! I had placed my order half n hour before I went to pick the order, and thus guys firstly had my receipt attached to the wrong order! And asked where is my order, he had no clue and said that he didn’t get chance fukin excuses, never heard with Bob or any other employee regardless the rush they have!!! He refused to put onion, me having worked at subway in the past, they always have extra stuff at the back! But no why to do the hard work!!! If this guy is here not coming here anymore!!!
