On hold for 10 minutes trying to refill a SIGNIFICANT medication refill. Stupid system online IS NOT updated so it ISNT easier and faster, actually the opposite. Over the phone, just asks you to enter RX number but doesn’t tell you it was ordered until you go through the whole process again. What a waste of time! What is wrong with this world?! Such simple things shouldn’t be SO difficult! Come on!

GIANT illuminated sign on the front of building says OPEN TILL 10PM" But they are actually closed hours before that! IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE THE HOURS YOU HAVE TO CJANGE THE SIGN!!"

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. In the 6 months I have been going here for my son, they have messed up every single prescription/order in some way. This time, we called ahead to ask if they received prescription and when it would be ready. They said yes they have it, it’ll be 30 minutes. I purposely waited an hour then get there and they say they don’t have the prescription. Yes, I went to the correct Shoppers. I always triple check. Ridiculous. Watch out for the fake good reviews, too.

Sent a refill 2 days ago for both my medications, only one was filled and they just only ordered the other today the one I actually needed today. Never in my time of being a client of this pharmacy has this ever happened. This pharmacy has seriously gone downhill.

Watch this place I went to pick up prescription the young girl went to charge me full price with my benefit plan. When I asked what's going on she told me my plan was terminated. After calling my insurance I found out it was active. Went back second time and she put it through again and it worked. Makes you wonder if they try this on purpose and pocket the money

1 hour 36 min to fill a prescription.They took it, scanned it and said it would be a 20 minute wait. They had a little flury of customers after that so I waited. An hour later they said they couldn't find my order. They apologised and said they would get on it right away. I am the only customer sitting here. I have video! Oops now there is one more. There are three people behind the counter and it's been another 29 minutes and I am still waiting. I had specifically asked if the meds are in stock, they had verified yes.1 hour 36 min to fill the order.

I’ve been to this pharmacy just once, as a tourist in Stratford. I grabbed some Tylenol, then wandered into the cosmetics area looking for a product I’ve had trouble finding. This store didn’t have it, either, but thanks to an extraordinary young sales person named Yasmin, I left with other products that are perfect for me. Yasmine was helpful, not pushy, and very patient. I hope the store managers appreciate her!

Go to the Shoppers on Huron St, this pharmacy looses prescriptions gives people the wrong prescription and still uses fax machines to get prescriptions from doctors which inevitably they do not get. This pharmacy needs to be shutdown asap.

What makes this Shoppers the best - it always stocks “Nuxe” French beauty brand. I’ve had a hard time finding it elsewhere in Ontario.The beauty boutique staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to all things makeup and perfume. They were kind enough to put aside the “Nude by Nature” products for me before the brand left Canada.
