This definitely has to be the best car shop in KW. The staff here are extremely helpful and very friendly. Their prices are amazing and really hard to beat. Austin specifically is amazing at what he does. He’s saved me many times and always is willing to help. Love this place!! 10/10:)

I've been taking my car here for years and have had nothing but a great experience. Super friendly staff. I have recommended them to family and friends and all have also had great experiences servicing their vehicles. Very honest and won't take advantage of people.

Quality job by quality guys. You will not be ripped off here, they are only concerned with customer satisfaction. Had my SRS system fixed and wheels balanced for only $80 (saved hundreds). 10/10 would Loree's again

Would NOT recommend! Went to Loree's to get a quote for my vehicle and was sitting in the parking lot on my phone only to get yelled at for parking in their spot before I went in! Completely unprofessional! They didn't even look open when I got there as the parking lot was empty, which shocks me even more that I was treated like this! I now understand why it was so empty! Stay away from this place!

I had warm air coming from my ac on my 2010 versa. I took it to Loree's to find out the problem. The Guys found the problem (AC compressor). Ray suggested used from Logel's (THANK YOU!)! Now cold air is blowing & saved myself a lot of money!!! GREAT JOB!!! THANKS AGAIN, GREAT SERVICES!

I have had great dealings with Ray Hicks and staff at Loree's Automotive previously with my 2009 Ford Escape. I had Wrench alarm and Check Engine Light on and I checked several forums online to diagnose that it was likely a Electronic Throttle Body issue. I called Ray last evening and left him a message about my problems. This morning I brought the vehicle in and he met me at door and had listened to my voice mail.He said it is a common issue that is subject to a Ford extended warranty and he suggested a specific dealer to take it too. He said he could have repaired it but he said Ford should do it free. How is that for an experienced and honourable service centre?
