Great service generous portions I would recommend! I saw another review for the fish and chips and that made me hesitant to get it but I'm glad that I did cuz it's tastes great!

Great little local place with really good quality food and coffee. I would recommend people looking to have a cheap but good breakfast here. Advice to management - improve the outside looks of the store as it looks very unattractive and shabby which is totally not the case one you go inside.

Sorry DNL's but sadly my takeout order did not come out to what I was expecting. I ordered a appetizer tray that consisted of a few items from their apps menu. The apps sounded amazing but everything came out mushy and tasted old/microwaved. The potato skins came with a half cooked bacon piece ontop, the mozeralla sticks were hard in the middle, the cheese balls had a bad aftertaste/cold in the middle, and the mixture of fries/wedges/onion rings were not appetizing. The chicken fingers were great! But I didn't end up finishing everything. I'm giving it a 2/5 as others have told me to try other items on the menu as they are better, the staff were also very friendly. I'll have to give this another chance one day.

Affordable and tasty food. Friendly staff. I do believe another staff is needed as it’s a lot for one person. We fortunately went when the restaurant wasn’t very crowded but it can get a crowd quickly.

Amazing seafood platter: scallops and shrimp were just right(not rubbery at all, but also had substance) and the haddock was excellent as well.Fries were great; crispy and thick and not at all like fast food fries.It seems like a missed opportunity on the sauces though, as they use the “olde style” brand(which is almost always cheap and gross). Despite that, the food didn’t need sauce as it was excellent on it’s own.The prices were fair and the portions were generous.I’d definitely recommend this location to friends.

This was awful, we were a table of three. The restaurant is very hot. No a/c. We saw it was busy. It’s only about ten- twelve tables and need some real TLC. We waited to be seated, and then didn’t get menus, they didn’t have a few drinks that were on the menu. The waitress advised us not to drink the water. After waiting another 15 min she came back to take our order, but then promptly left to go get another table food. While serving that table their food She also announced how this is the cheapest restaurant in Sauble beach. She then takes a few more trips in and out of the kitchen for again another table. Returns back to us, where the table next to us excused himself, but asked about menus. The waitress leaves us and gets them one menu to share. As she stated earlier they don’t have more then ten menus in the place. That table didn’t order and left. The waitress gave a comments of “well, I can only do so much.” She then proceeded to take our order. We sat and watched as the rest of service took place. After about 30 min the server then came back to us and said “ I did take your order, right?” ( it was in that moment, we knew we “messed” up)I don’t need to go into more details as they don’t get any better. My guest and I decided this wasn’t the experience or place for us to spend our time, or money for that matter.Would not recommend,

Really tasty authentic fish and chips!! Removed me of UK!Service was little slow due to being busy, but polite and friendly!Great portions and price! Will def be going again after a long beach day.

This used to be the place for the best fish and chips in the area.Not anymore. Last two times the fish was minimal and soft with way too much batter
