Have been going there since they first opened. Many mods later they are still hands down the most helpful, professional,and knowledgeable service I’ve ever done business with. The gang just installed a new 4” lift and 37’s. Wheel alignment was delayed this past Friday. Their staff worked over the weekend to install new ball joints and tie rod.drives like a new jeep. Called 100 times with no answer...Think you guys need to hire some staff over there, took my business else where that had adequate number of employees to help me and meet my needs. If I could rate a zero I would.

I’ve been dealing with Travis and Jeremy since they started their venture years ago. They have grown into a very successful business, and their service is second to none.You are always treated with respect, and you can be guaranteed that you’re vehicle is treated the same. There isn’t many places in the city that I would trust with my machines, whether that be car/truck/suv/atv/etc, but I will always be a return customer and I highly suggest them to anyone looking for accessories, parts, and/or installation.I see some reviews about issues getting a hold of them, or issues after installation. Instead of running to your keyboard, get in contact with one of the boys (they have many forms of contact) and let them know what’s going on, I can promise you they will do everything in their power to make sure you’re looked after and satisfied.Keep doing what you’re doing!

These guys are a joke, first leveling kit installed, I measure when home, not even close to level, looks the same, they tell me you can't level an All Terain, not true, then tires come in, told me would fit truck with leveling kit, wrong again, major rubbing, tell me to install 1/4 spacers

Long story, so yourself a favor and stay clear of these guys, I wouldn't let them pump gas in my truck

Waited 3 months for them to order a set of lights that have been discontinued. Wouldn’t give me my lifetime warranty as promised with the purchase and tried to charge me another $40+Tax for the updated lights. The only real problem is the person working the counter. As soon as I spoke to another worker he apologized and gave me my promised warranty and said it must have been a mistake. Business would be improved if they had a nicer counter person.

This place is impossible to get through too, called 10 different times over the past several months and no one ever answered the phone...very poor customer service if you ask me.

Terrible service, no follow up, and after waiting and waiting and waiting they didn't even order the correct part. They said sorry we're busy"..... If your that busy HIRE MORE STAFF. there's only a handful there and combined they haven't got the sense of the one amazing staff member at Action car & truck that helped me immediately and got me what I needed."

Very genuine company, especially for going out of their way to please their customers. I have been dealing with this company for the past couple years in my truck builds! Best company all around.
