This lady is by far the absolute best! She has a huge personality that matches her enormous heart. We can't say enough good things about our experience with her.She always responded very promptly to our calls/texts. There is no such thing as clocking in or out for Kathy. Sunday mornings, to late in the evenings, she always answered or returned our phone calls within minutes.With being a first time home buyer, we had no idea what the next steps were in the process and Kathy walked us through it with ease.
