The guy is a great salesman, he would say he is the next best thing to a slice of bread! Thats what the 2 star is for. In terms of Customer Obsession and Deliver Results, I will not go to this guy for buying anything. I went in to buy furniture for my house where my wedding was suppose to happen. The guy promised me saying he had the bed in inventory and promised it would get to me on time. He sent the delivery drivers with sofa but not the bed. I came to know that bed wasn't coming after the delivery guys said they don't have bed. The guy didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know, second when I called him an hour after the delivery drivers came, he is like Brother

Recently purchased a king sized bed from Queen Furniture - looks fantastic, so comfortable. The delivery guys went out of their way with service helping me get the set up a complicated set of stairs, too. Highly recommend

We thought we would be getting an incredible deal on our couches, and dining set however, not only was the furniture delivered late than promised, a few days before it was supposed to be delivered Mike called and told us that we would be getting completely different colours from the ones we picked originally and then when we were also promised that there would be scotch guard protection on it, only to find out that they did not do that either. Do not come here, they seem nice at first and then they screw you over, as long as they get your money they could not careless about ensuring that you get the quality you deserve. We left this store excited about the new furniture we bought but it quickly became one big headache. My mom had helped my grandparents furniture their living room with this store but when Mike became comfortable with us he also began to slip on the quality he promised. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very good customer service.Very beautiful selection of furnitures too. . .Funny staff. He just knows how to rightly advertise their products and the discounts are so amazing.Returned few days later to get another bedroom set from them.I strongly recommend them to the public. Patronise them and you won’t regret it, not one bit.I’ll choose them over and over and over and over and over again.

Got my full house furniture queen for the second time. which was excellent quality. They customized everything for our house dining, mattress, bedroom, sectional, sofa set and even the storage bench.The best part is we got a great deal as well. The delivery came on time and unlike most stores they installed everything for us. We didn’t have to do anything. I was impressed with level of professionalism of the delivery guys as they knew exactly what to doI would recommend any one to go check these guys out before buying.

Worst furniture shops.. believe me .. they have bugs in there mattresses.. cheaters …

Awesome place for modern furniture with affordable rates. I bought the whole furniture of my condo from here. Excellent quality, design and Superior service. The furniture was not only delivered but installed. The delivery guys made it so simple and easy. The owner of this store is so friendly and knowledgeable that he knew what we wanted. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended.
