I have 47 great Canadian stickers on my window, waited over an hour and finally left, I think I’ll do my own from now on. It wasn’t the time that bothered me. After waiting an hour they wanted to put me in front of the north bay ( which hadn’t moved)and said they had to put someone else through first. I asked them to let me leave and they let me exit through the building.

Always very fast (once you get in) and they’re very kind and helpful. I always phone ahead to make sure they’ve got what I need, and there’s only been one instance that they didn’t. They asked if they could have an hour to get it, so I went grocery shopping. Within 20 mins of their “hour” they called saying they had what was needed. Great team.

Broke my dipstick then pointed to sign saying “we don’t cover broken dipsticks”. 33 bucks for a non oil change.***Update. Staff arranged for me to speak with Tom on the phone about my concern. We had a good conversation and I am satisfied with the outcome. I won’t get into specifics, but do have positive feedback from my experience.Nice work Tom and team PA. ****

Went in for an oil change. Didnt wait long. Very fast, efficient, kind and worthwhile service. The staff are great, seems like a friendly learning and working environment. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change sine they first opened up their Prince Albert, 15th Street location. I have never got less then the best customer service and hospitality. The employees strong knowledge and caring about their customers shines through with every visit.I came in after a collision where another establishment should have done the work, and the oil filter was left mangled. I came in fully expecting to pay for their services as it was not their error to fix in the first place. They did not charge me for their quick inspection of the problem. They made sure I knew what was the issues, and I left feeling so safe, taken care of and completely blown away with their unmatched customer service! I HIGHLY recommend comin to this establishment . Great Job GCOC!!!
