This the closest location to my Buisness and I’m trying to avoid using this location because they have the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Each time I come here I regret it. After getting so many 1stars from so many customers they still not trying to fix this issue.

Looong waits at this branch. Maybe because it’s the only one around? Never enough people working. Simple task but end up waiting forever in line. TD is always faster and more branches.

Rude.I went to Costco. There was a CIBC representative trying to sign up people for the CIBC Costco Mastercard. He kept referring to me as young man ". I explained to him that I was 60 years old . He still kept referring to me as " young man". Rude."

This is by far the worst bank. My wife and I are switching to another bank. Terrible customer service, we had issues with our mortgage, chequing and savings account. They even change your banking info without notice. You cannot reach the branch and they don’t return messages. Stay away from this bank. It’s all around terrible!

Tania ponidic is the best, I had an issue with my credit cards, I called the credit department many times for many days and they transferred me to the online banking department then transferred me back to the credit department many times. No one was able to solve my issue for 3 days and more than 12 calls to the bank ( each call more than 30 mins), until I met Tania podinic, she fixed everything for me with the online banking and she called the credit department to figure out the issue. Really she’s so smart and she’s the best.

Worst customer service! My family members have been trying to open an account at this location with an employee named Troy. This employee has yet to return any of our calls or emails. We've been trying to get this account open since early February but haven't had any luck. If you don't want slow and unreliable service, avoid this bank at all cost!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service the teller provided as opposed to all the negative reviews on here. Mind you, I've only used their atm in the past and this was the first time I went inside to speak with a teller on a non-busy Saturday afternoon. So this review is solely based on that. Young lady, Halle was extremely pleasant, efficient, and very helpful!! (if you happen to read this, my cards have been safely renewed! lol)

Came Friday April 21st at 2:45pm, wanted to apply for a credit card. The representative was lazy and didn’t want to do her job she told me she can’t do it right now, I need to make an appointment before coming even though there was 4 bank tellers and 5 people in the offices. Bad customer service.

After much frustration of the lack of customer service at my branch I must say I have seen an amazing improvement this year. I want to give a huge shout out to Pam and Michael who spent lots of time helping me close out some accounts for a Family I was hosting from Ukraine. While the line up's were huge - I still felt they took our situation seriously and helped until every thing was complete. These are some amazing staff that I haven't seen around and a great addition. CIBC if you're listening you need to continue adding staff and giving the customer service we deserve.

I have been using this branch for 12 years , I moved to TD since I moved to usa they have td thier but thier is a big difference , im back now so diffenetly im back to cibc and especially this branch , joey is the most proffesional , kind , knowledgeable , teller I have ever seen , everything has a solution with him , fast accurate , kind . and he is the reason I stayed thier for 12 years . and the rest are also nice like shami .. But when I tried different banks is know tgis branch value . thanks for the amazing services
