Late last year while purchasing some items I had issues with the debit machine and when I asked for help the guy who was at the cash register rolled his eyes to the female employee next to him. When I told him I saw him do such a catty gesture he didn't even acknowledge it or apologize for it.

May 8th live the store quality bad service been trying since may first to call them and ask question tried many times threw out the day no answer .I fb them and a month later they respond but with put the answer to my question .

A real interesting cool little store. If you’re Irish or Scottish in any way it feels like home. And if you’re not, the staff make you feel like you are and very welcome anyway. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

I ordered a kilt from this company almost 1 year ago. The guy who measured me for the kilt didn't seem to know what he was doing. After not hearing anything from them in 6 months I called to find out the status. Still no kilt. I was told it could take up to 1 year. I kept trying to get updates and no one has returned my calls, so I started looking around. I found another company that could order the same Kilt from the same company in Scotland. Well, after 9 weeks, the kilt from this other source is on the way to me. I will never do business with Celtic Geek again.

Absolutely awful place. I walked into the store and heard the employee bashing myself and my boyfriend to other customers. The other customer was apologetic and felt so bad. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee was also closing the store 20 minutes early because she didn’t want to pay for parking. I would never shop there or recommend the store to anyone.

Customer service was amazing, they helped me find my family tartan and even custom ordered a kilt for me. Definitely my go to for Kilts and the likes.

Honesty, the people there are so nice. This place deserves more recognition than it has! Saw so many cool things, even my family emblem today with the help of the cashier. 10/10, will be coming back again!
