Went here to inquire about a certain type of financial transaction. There was no receptionist. A sign said go to cashier. There was about a 15 person line up. After getting to a cashier, they tried to help but could not provide the proper info. They asked manager, who directed us to a rep. in an office. Initially he did not want to help me, said he was waiting for a client. He finally agreed, and spent awhile looking for a phone number but could not find it. Then went to talk to manager. They gave me a rate which was the lowest of all four major banks I visited. And definitely a waste of over 30 min. I took my business elsewhere.

Worst experience every time I go there. Receptionists are so rude and always asking us to go to other branch , not sure why this branch is opened if they don't want to help customers , they cant even handle 2 customers. Really disappointed

This branch was really good for me.Karanjeet kaur helped me a lot today and she was really very good at the customer service she provided to me. I haven't seen anyone such helpful in my entire life. Would like to thank karanjeet kaur and the cibc bank through this review.

This a very nice branch. I loved their on the move" station from which you can sign into your account through the lab tops and smart phones provided. They also provide free wifi."

Excellent new branch. First in Canada that has no tellers just financial advisors but you can still withdraw from ATM or drive-thru. Also huge comfortable lounge with phones computers and tvs for your convenience.

I've opened a new account today and the whole experience was great! I can't agree with another reviewer below about the lady at front being cold/not interested as she was maybe not smiling when I went inside the branch but she did greet me and tried to help me to best of her abilities. Anyway, the real superstar today was Isu Ogechi, who was extremely professional, kind and helpful, and I hope that going forward my experience with CIBC will continue to be great.

Beautiful interior, poor customer experience. Walked in and was not even sure if it was a branch or just an ATM outlet. Waited minutes as the reception was empty. Then she walks in and asked how can I help you" with a straight face. In her opinion here comes another confused customer. Put up a smile
