We have been using this highly recommended accounting firm for a few years now. They do our corporate taxes and a couple of personal tax returns for the business founders. They have been exemplary and very capable, organized, and knowledgeable about a vast number of tax implications, including tax requirements for online and global businesses. We have worked with Geoff, one of the partners at the firm, from day one and we are very pleased with his and his team's service and delivery year after year. Their valuable advice along the way has been very important to our operation. They are also technologically savvy and we are able to accomplish all that is needed remotely.

I communicated with this firm in April 2021 as they were listed as being a firm that has specific skills with IRS requirements. i can attest that this firm has NO SKILLS and Customer Service is non existent. I paid them $790 to get a an ITIN # for my wife and renew mine. I provided them with all documentation that I paid for on my own. The first accountant I dealt with left the firm I was assigned to another and have not heard a peep. I still on Dec 12 2022 wait for my IRS refund from 2019.Too bad there is a need for IRS services for Canadians.Marc L Seguin
