This is a lovely, clean, warm cafe with polite, hard-working, bilingual staff. My son and I visited for a treat after an appointment at the Jewish General Hospital. We each had 2 delicious doughnuts and I had a coffee. I am so glad you are not near where we live or I would be even fatter!

The best Krispy Kreme location in Montreal! I’m amazed how accessible it is, navigating inside. Nice and spacious, friendly staff and delicious variety of Krispy Kreme doughnuts to satisfy my sweet tooth. I’m definitely going back!

The cashier was nice, and they were really welcoming. They were kind and fast when it came to making my 2 hot chocolates as well.Overall good service and I'd recommend these donuts and store to anyone

Noisy staff,It was a great service, coffee was great but the staff behind the counter were playing loudly the whole time.I went there in June 15 at 6:00 pm to unwind. It looked quite at first since there wasn’t any other customers but for the same reason the girls behind the counter started playing and talking loudly which wasn’t helping for a quiet and gentle coffee shop atmosphere.I don’t recommend this place for the staff behaviour.Krispy Kreme is my favourite though.

Krispy Kreme donuts are so satisfying. The original glazed will always be the best in my opinion, but the seasonal ones for Halloween are so adorable. Definitely a crowd pleaser! The service at this location was quick and friendly :)

Very good: the doughnuts and glaze are light! Impressively, H+1 the doughnuts are still fresh; the glaze sealed the moist very well.

Staff is nice. Service is fast. The original donuts are definitely the best ones. The others are in my opinion way too sweet because they add icing (chocolate, maple, etc) over the original icing coat and sometimes they fill the donut which even adds more sweetness. So i find the other donuts excessive, personally. Shop is clean, has many places to sit and enjoy the products. Well lit.
