Thanks a lot Mohsen and Stonnik for the perfect service you guys provide for our kitchen counter top. Among all quotes we received stonnik’s quote was one of the most reasonable ones; we went with them because communication with them was easy and amooth as not hearing back from a contractor has happened a lot to me before and I’m glad I had a good experience with Stonnik.

Ghosted! Our undermount sink that Stonnik attached to their quartz countertop prior to installation detached from the underside of the counter. When I called Mohsen's cell he answered the phone and sounded receptive, but after he heard what the problem was and asked me to send a few photos, that was it.. no response to further calls or texts. Very unfortunate because we did have a positive experience with the initial installation and were happy at the time. Service concerns identified in these reviews should be noted.

My husband and I are considering quartz countertops for our kitchen and have just begun to look around at various suppliers. After an email inquiry at Stonnik, I was very impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and responsiveness of one of their sales reps, Dideh. She followed through and provided us with the information following the email inquiry, then with phone calls for further information, and, finally, with quotes. Thank you Dideh! We will definitely be going back to Stonnik when we are ready to move ahead.

Called requesting quote for quartz countertop. I was directed to send an text message of my measurements and style of quartz preferred. I did immediately. I had accurate laser measurements which I provided with a photo of the style preferred. I was ignored. Then lied to about an email that was never sent. I was mislead that it would be re-sent in an hour when I reported not receiving any email quote. I will take my business and future business elsewhere. Stonnik needs to work on communication, honesty, and time management.

Mohsen was a great person to work with, he was very professional and responsive. I sought out many stone contractors (approximately 6) and decided to go with Stonnik as they had a stellar rating on various sites, positive reviews, quick response and best value.I was very pleased with the service Mohsen provided from start to finish. He was able to come on site and give me a quotation within 5 hours of my phone call. When he was giving me a quotation, Mohsen was able to immediately identify the error made by another stone contractor that resulted in a large crack in my countertop demonstrating a high degree of knowledge regarding stone and installation. During the covid19 pandemic, he was very responsive and honest with me letting me know that there would be delays due to the pandemic. On the day of installation, the installers were very kind and professional and although the installation took a little longer due to unforseeable complications from the previous installer, Mohsen and team were able to complete everything beautifully. After installation, Mohsen further followed up with me to ensure everything was flawless and that I was enjoying the countertop.I cannot thank Mohsen and team enough for the work they did. I will definitely be using Stonnik again for ANY stone related projects as well as recommending to friends/family.If you want good quality and value, professionalism, excellent customer service, and honesty, look no further and seek out stonnik for your stone projects.

Mo showed up on time, the date we decided on , worked very efficiently, were tidy, polite and friendly. All this at a fair price. I highly recommend him

I used Stonnik to reno my entire kitchen. They primarily do counter tops but they worked along with another company they recommended to do the cabinets. Installation took a little longer which was fine and the finished project was good. The issues came after the fact when one of the counter top lips broke off. It was partially my fault for putting pressure on it but the wood underneath to support the counter top didn't meet the lip so it was a problem waiting to happen. They were almost impossible to contact after the fact. I left at least 15 msgs and called weekly. I got the contractor on the phone twice and both times he said he would come next week and never came. Weeks later out of the blue he called and said he was in the area and could come by. When he popped by he quoted me the repair and said he would come back for installation/repair next week. Never showed up, called and continued to ignore my messages. Not giving 1 star because I feel partially responsible for the damage even though it wouldn't have happened if installed correctly in the first place. My low rating is due to customer service and follow through being practically non existent here.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had an outdoor countertop installed at the beginning of summer, which was done relatively on time (although a bit sloppily with some edges not lining up well). A few months later one of the joints completely broke off. I contacted the company, and they said they would come the following week to fix it. They never showed. Since then, I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, left emails and voicemails and have been completely ignored (I know they are answering others because as soon as I called with a different number I got a callback -- where they again promised to fix the problem and never delivered). I find this kind of treatment of clients very disrespectful. It's now been over a month and a half of chasing them, and I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.
