Harlos Wax & Sugar Spa

Melissa is absolutely wonderful. She's very attentive and professional and never made me feel uncomfortable. She took the time to prep me and do after care as well as explain the entire process and what she was going to do before she did it. I will definitely be a regular customer and highly recommend her for any waxing services.

Harlos is undeniably the BEST place for sugaring or hair removal of any kind! I began seeing Nicole when I was a few months pregnant and received my first ever Brazilian. I was terrified, but it was not nearly as bad as I anticipated. I continued services as per their recommended schedule. Each time entering Harlos, the wax process was made with dignity and respect for the customer and extremely thorough and gentle approach. As well as a chance to make sure everything is up to your standards prior to leaving. Unfortunately, I relocated out of state and had to find a new location offering sugar (which is shockingly hard to find, even in California). When I found a new place to go to, it made me realize even more so how extraordinary Harlos is and how they truly go above and beyond. The impeccable cleanliness, extremely thorough and gentle approach, and clear dignity for each customer makes Harlos outstanding!! Now, excuse me while I go buy a new razor and cry because I don’t have Harlos to go to anymore!!

Had my first service done here a month ago, and even now, I can say these are the best results I've had with sugaring. Cassie did a phenomenal job and also made me feel comfortable and welcome. The space is very cute and clean! Going back this week for my next appointment!

The overall environment of the place is nice. However, whether it be the temperature, or the number of times they went over with the wax... it caused irritation, bumps and peeling for my brow wax.The only thing I didn't like about the environment was that they wanted shoes removed. Which is fine. But they didn't have a chair or anything to sit down on to do so that wasn't on the carpeted/clean floor area.

We are so impressed! My daughter loved her experience! Very classy, professional environment. Ronae was friendly, efficient and the result was exactly what my daughter wanted for her brows. No irritation or leftover wax pieces either! We immediately booked an appointment for my other daughter and will definitely be advertising this spa to our friends!!!

Got my first Brazilian today, and I was soooo nervous but Lissandra did absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and I did not feel judged AT ALL! She explained the process so well and definitely knows what she’s doing. She made sure to get everything just the way I wanted. I will definitely be coming back regularly!
