This has to be the most disgusting people doing business around. Stay away from this Nissan dealershipYou do not go around taking advantage of people.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano in March 2022 from Royal Chevrolet in Orangeville.4 months later the transmission went.The vehicle had 280,000 klm on it when I purchased it,Royal informed me that the transmission would be under warranty with Maple Nissan, I called Maple Nissan and they said yes, do not drive it and tow it here. I had the car towed there and then they said no it is not under warranty.I was informed that a new transmission was installed at 249,000klm by the original owner, after 20,000klm the transmission went again and another new one was installed under warranty (@269,000klm), the transmission went again after another 20,000 (@289,000) but the warranty only extends from the 1st one replaced. Obviously there is an defect in the transmission as they should last longer then 20,000klm.I contacted Nissan Canada and they said it is not under warranty, it only extends from the 1st replacement.Although Maple Nissan was amazing in providing a free car for a week as I was trying with Nissan Canada to get it under warranty and they let me store the SUV at the dealership for a few months while I tried to get some resolutions, at the end of the day they did not repair the vehicle.I would never recommend buying a Nissan as they do not stand behind their product.

I bought 2 cars from this place from a man named Terry which was very helpful but then I met a man named joseph which was forcing the extended warranty on me saying I would be covered for paint,tires NOTHING IS COVERED ! They charge you 125$ to diagnose it and then send it out to a 3rd party to get it approved my car has been denied 3 times now DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!! I will never return to this dealership ever again . To top it off I had the top warranty and I will be putting up the picture for you to see they are scamming you on the warranty that's how they make there commission all they say is that it's WEAR AND TEAR please Nissan give me a break ..

I did oil change, but when I got my car a drive a while I received a tire low air pressure around 30 and at home it was 28. I found a screw in it. It is necessarily to clean up the work area, but sometimes something is happened unwanted.

Very greedy and irresponsible people, i always go to Nissan dealership, for my car maintenance, they did multipoint inspection but they never told me that my brake pads are gone and i should change it thats why my router got effected and got damaged as it was running with bad brake pads. But even after that no body wants to help me with this.Worst service i have seen in my life.
