TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I was at the branch about 2 weeks ago. I witnessed an Asian girl requesting people to keep their Social Distancing as people in line were not following this at all. She kept the line in order, and was asking people basic questions to which I found no offence. A gentlemen ahead of me got really frustrated with her because she said she was going to help him with his phone instead of letting him in. He went on and said rude remarks, to which she apologized and said I’m simply trying to keep you safe while helping you. He drove off.I had a Cheqe that a teller wanted to hold and I really need the access. I asked her to speak to a manager, and she got the same Asian girl that I saw earlier. She looked at my Cheqe and did some things on the computer. She came up and asked me about my situation and I told her. She ended up holding my funds for 5 Days but making 500 available after knowing about my personal situation.People would be upset about this, but I felt that she was very understanding. I think her name is Sammy.

I felt ignored today as I waited in the business cue ….. when I got there I was the only person in line but every teller was with a customer ….three people were taken from the regular banking line that arrived after myself while I was waiting patiently in business , at other branches that I frequent business has priority over the standard line

The tellers are a pleasure to work with as they are friendly. But when it comes down to speak with their financial advisors, and mortgage specialists, absolute garbage and dissatisfaction. Being a first time home buyer and someone who is educated in the financial system, speaking to a mortgage specialist here was a complete waste of time.I understand working in a bank revolves around sales, and they have targets" to meet

Just stop by this branch today to solve a scam situation on my bank account that happened yesterday. Ranjit Aujla and his co-worker have made some step to help me out quickly with the result even better than we expected. I also had some nice experiences before at this branch so 5 stars for Ranjit and his teammates.

Great experience with Nick at this branch. His product knowledge and ability to explain information to me was very helpful.I know that when I am dealing with Nick, I am in good hands. He always has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend asking for Nick for all of your financial needs.

Absolutely brutal experience with Nick. Non responsive or excuses (more than one) as to why he hasn’t got back to us after multiple inquiries. I ended up calling TD customer service and they helped me with what Nick didn’t.No need to follow up TD, it’s been resolved..

I’ve always liked this location since all the tellers are super nice and helpful. However today the girl with fake eyelashes and fake nails, her attitude is REAL tho. I have to repeat 3 times that I would like to exchange $600 US dollar cash for traveling and she crossed her arm looking at me said I don’t understand...

I've never had an issue with customer service inside the branch, but what I can say is the parking grounds is just not okay. It's very skeptical and somewhat dangerous. I've seen some people fly around in that whole plaza to be honest.But in the specific area of the bank it's just not okay.Other then that the staff are nice even though I haven't been in the branch enough to really get acquainted.
