slow , and stupid and needless work done that does not fix the problem , they cause more issues than fix . a Waste of money . i went there for a engine running issue cost me $1000 , never fixed anything , ended up being a $11 fuel filter i fixed myself in 10 mins. Never go there!

Unprofessional. Their mechanic didn’t know what he was doing. Brought our vehicle in for a problem. After almost $2000 we picked it up and the problem was still there. They wanted another $800 to fix the original problem. And while working on the vehicle they pinched the brake lines. We had to get someone else to fix it as we didn’t want them touching our vehicle. Don’t bring your vehicles there. They overcharge and aren’t knowledgeable about vehicles

Update on previous review.Mechanics are clueless.I had to have their work (Frontend replacement) completely redone within 2 weeks.Biggest joke in rown. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.OVERPRICED, with no respect for customers.

Don't trust them with anything more than tire repair and mounting. The mechanics are incompitant and the owner doesn't care. Went in for an alignment and came out with a $200 bill and bearings adjusted so tight that I could barely spin the wheels. I have been building my own cars for 35years and this is the reason why I don't trust others to work on my vehicles.

Very rude guy at the service desk. It wasn't very busy there (I'm not wondering why). I left that place and went to Castlegar muffler and got my tires installed and balanced; they were great. Will be going there from now on. With an attitude like S&T Tire, I'm glad I didn't leave my car there. I think I'll read the reviews before shopping at businesses from now on. I noticed that S&T uses friends and family to build their positive reviews; be careful of that. When you see bad reviews with no response, you know there's something wrong with the business.

During this testing time I decided to give my local Trail tire shop my business. I could have gone to Toyota in Castlegar but i decided to keep things local. I Needed back break pads done. I had my own break pads given to me as a gift. Gentleman on the phone made the booking and was then interrupted. The phone was then taken over by a bloke who told me that he did not need my business when I supply the pads.
