Econo Lodge Motel Village

I had the pleasure of having an extended stay at this hotel. This is definitely the place to stay if your looking for an affordable price and great value to go along with it. My experience here has been great! I didn't know what to expect before coming but after staying I was surprisingly impressed! Housekeeping does a very good job of keeping the rooms/hotel clean. They also know how to respect your privacy as well(which is huge for me!). The hotel staff really put this place up a few notches because of how professional and accommodating they are, especially Kumar at the front desk. If I had to stay here again I would book it with no questions asked!The only Con I have is an update to the fitness room as I feel it's a bit outdated compared to other hotels.

The place is not glamorous and the 7 dollar breakfast is a coffee and piece of fruit. If you're looking for something last minute it'll do, but if you have the money there's much nicer. I don't think my stay was bad, i just don't think it was great. Without a vehicle you'll be walking, taking transit or a cab for basic items.They'll make you pay for new towels, holding your deposit hostage. Funny, i can get towels a lot cheaper than the 110 i got charged for the ones they force people to buy. What a scam. I will never return. They expect you to leave the the room cleaner than received.

First of all, they need to work on their address. My GPS always leads me to the other Econo Lodge. And when I ordered Uber to pick me up, the two drivers also got lost. It was so frustrating, and I was late for my meeting because of that. Secondly, I was not impressed at all by the false suspicion of one of the workers with her mask that always on to my two young kids over the juice that they drink and seems a little bit racist to us. The way she services us and others is supposed to be the same, not different. After all, we paid to stay there. The room is pretty good, the location is good, and the receptionists all are good. Overall, still, a pretty decent experience to stay there.

I didn't expect much out of this hotel based on all the reviews and rate difference compared to neighboring properties. But it fell far below my already low expectations. Definitely regret just not paying more and staying in one of the other hotels around. Extremely dated property in need of some serious renovations. Although marked non-smoking, the room definitely was smoked in before because it smelled pretty bad. Had to open up the balcony door to ventilate a bit, which of course was stuck. Although hotel staff managed to open it. That was probably the only positive about this hotel is that the staff appeared to care and wanted to help. (I.e., came in to check on us how the room was, offered to dial the front desk in case of concerns, etc.) But realistically what are they going to do...renovate a falling apart property by the time I get back from dinner...? The bed was old and very uncomfortable. Somehow it would literally kick me up in the air every time my wife moved on her side. Sheets looked like they may not have been fresh. The bathtub with paint peeling off didn't even want to step in it. Anyway it was definitely not worth the savings to stay here. The room was for $98 and it really should've been $50 max for what it is. Unless you absolutely cannot afford anything better and must stick with the cheapest, just go somewhere else and don't torture yourself.

I've stayed at alot of econo lodge motels but this one was the worse experience we've ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the bedding was dirty and stained, the carpeting was stained ,worn and stinky, the window lock was broken off , the door had one hinge off and wouldn't shut properly, the walls were dirty and stained , the fridge had stuff left in it , the mattress were old and stained , overall, it was THE most disgusting room we've ever seen. We refused to stay there and asked for a refund but she wouldn't give us a refund. We stayed at the ramada just around the corner from this dump . I recommend NOT staying here . Discussing! ! ! Cant say that enough! The reservation is under Shawn Fraser and I am being more than fair with my review and no , there are no false statements, I stand by every word! I hope that makes it perfectly clear to the econo lodge management who answered this review
